- I finally had my very own estate sale! I've been wanting to have one for a long time and finally was able to do one for three days! The first day was full price, the second was 25% off and the third day was 50% off. Only a handful of items were left to be donated and a few furniture pieces to be sold on Facebook Marketplace! It was such a fun experience!

Some people have asked, "What do your parents think about this?" I can honestly say that I am very excited for this next adventure he has decided to embark on. This was not a hasty decision, and those closest to him have known about his desire to explore the country for a while.
He is in a mature and loving relationship that allows both of them to pursue their dreams. He will always have a home base in Florida with us, where he can rest and recharge. I look forward to seeing all his adventures and new experiences.
He has stored his most important items with us, and anything else can be easily replaced. I will miss hanging out with Mark and going to estate sales, but with Marco Polo, he can stay contact. They both know they are always welcome in our home, whether for vacation or to plan their next adventure.
I hope this clears up how we feel about this. I'm sure he will be back to pop-up sales as soon as he figures out the logistics.
I hope everyone follows along with his new adventures, as he continues to film and share amazing experiences with us.

The sentiments from his mother show that Jeffrey has been encouraged to follow his dreams. It's a gift when parents see their children grow into mature adults and find their own happiness. One's belongings are just 'things' - but experiences are what life is made of and you can't put a price tag on that. ❤❤❤ Looking forward to hearing from Jeffrey when he gets settled in his travels.

I am happy that you and Mark are happy. However, it was very sad as you walked through the house and I saw the end results of all the decisions you made and the hard work you put into the painting, flooring, kitchen cabinets, and decorating. As you showed the porch area, I couldn't help but remember little Stella, waiting to go out the back door and then come inside again for her food. It was sad to see the Christmas Tree you so lovingly decorated last year in the sale, and the couches you were so excited to get. I enjoyed watching you explore your new home state of Florida and, of course, your weekly sales. It is sad to see this adventure ending but I hope your new ones will be great. Take care.

Jeff…before you take off on your criss-cross excursion, PLEASE ensure a very safe from people enclosure and never open your vehicle door to someone you don’t know. Keep it well locked. There are youtube videos of travelers who have had horrible experiences. Just stay safe. Okay….I am done lecturing. 😉

It strikes me as very odd and impulsive too. Of course, everyone is entitled to do as they like , but I absolutely cannot imagine selling every treasure I've ever found, especially knowing the rarity of most of these items. I hope Jeffrey is OK. These kinds of drastic measures can be a bad sign.

Good luck to you. A lot of stuff has come and gone in my life, it's just stuff. Have some adventures while you still can. I always feel like finding the things and decorating is more fun than the having of it. You'll probably do it again some day. Florida real estate has gone up a lot lately, I'm sure you did well. Jeffery, there is SO MUCH to see in America! Every state has a historic site. A bit of advice...always drive on the TOP HALF of your tank! Some places (New Mexico) have miles and miles between gas stations. Best of luck to you and Mark!
