Thank you! This was really informative! I've sold a lot of items on Craigs List but find that it reaches out so far that people have difficulty getting to my home! The Facebook Marketplace is really the way to go. I have sold to neighbors in my immediate subdivision and it's so easy! Keep the informative videos coming!!!!

I like to be able to tell them to message before coming because I have to put the dogs away so no one gets bit. It is true but even if it wasn't, it's a good deterrent for shady characters. I also don't give out my phone number, they are likely a scammer if they need your number.

It's easier to sell things in groups/packages but you'll make more money selling things separately. And auction is the way to go usually not fixed price.
