Great update! Yes- put your feet up at night and if you're able to put your feet up against a wall for a few minutes twice a day, it can help a lot with lower leg swelling - all the best!
I just love the way your body looks so natural like this is how you've always been. Nothing is exaggerated, everything is sitting pretty and your scar looks great too. If I ever needed to have plastic surgery I would definitely go to your doctor cause this is my type of look and follow all the advice you've given.

I’m 7weeks and 1 day today. I’m so glad I kept looking for her information in google search. I scheduled an appointment with Delmie and once I got there she knew exactly what I needed. I have booked with her 8 or 9 sessions with her. After my first visit I definitely noticed a difference from when I came in. We didn’t take pictures but listen when I tell you, I came in with a new medium faja and ab board on latch hook was on 1st hook. When I got off the Balancer Pro machine I was on the 3hook with ab board on. I was amazed. Sorry for such a long post. But ladies Delmie is the truth Blessed hands. I’m 11 days away from my surgery. I just want to say that I truly appreciate your content. It makes me feel better that it was all worth it. I’m a single mom of 3 and this is the first real thing I am doing for myself. I’m so nervous that I won’t recognize my body as my own. I am getting implants. I’ve had 4 babies and recently lost almost 90 lbs over the last year and a half. I know that I am going to see a huge improvement. I think it’s just the way your brain messes with you. You lol great! One major reason for swelling is food allergy- particularly wheat. Going gluten-free will help. Keep up the great work and yes lymphatic massage touch is very light.😊

I had my mommy makeover in Cartagena last May of 2022. I did great until I returned to Dallas because I was getting post-opt massages in Colombia. But a week after I returned to the states, I thought I would exit this world. I did a quick YT search, and those lymphatic massages saved my life. Congratulations on your mommy makeover.

1 mo post op 360 here Sis 🙋🏿♀️. You look pretty. Yes, the massages did feel good. And they got all my fluid out. Loving my results but like your surgeon said you only need enough massages to get the extra fluid out. After that the compression will do the rest. Sizing down or alterations is the key. Gabe you look amazing. You were so brave but looking from the outside in, it was well worth it. I'm sure Babe loves what he sees. There are lymphatic lotions that are available to use for the swelling issues you are having with your ankles. I've never had to use any but I have seen them advertised to really help people with lymphatic issues in their legs.

And not gonna lie after seeing your initial post-op videos and the emotions behind it made me a little nervous. Lol It looks like you are looking and feeling great now! 👍🏽 Are you now happy with your decision? Side Note about Ultrasound: I'm a PT for over 18 years and can tell that there is no real research stating that ultrasound is an effective treatment. I didn’t get a chance to really wear a faha bcuz I had what they call”spitting sutures”HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.Finally my body healed and the faha stage 1 was over.I’m at 5 months post op and the results are really good.I now wear the stage 2 at night to keep the compression and bcuz healing is really a year .didn’t have any swelling but if I do too much my stomach hardens so the faha is necessary for me.
That is such a coincidence that I’m seeing this right after seeing someone do a draining session on IG. Now the person is a RN who worked in oncology prior to doing post op care but the person getting it done didn’t look in pain at all. And the results were very apparent.

Have you considered moisturizing with your normal products and then adding Vaseline? This may help hold the moisture in that you applied.

That is such a coincidence that I’m seeing this right after seeing someone do a draining session on IG. Now the person is a RN who worked in oncology prior to doing post op care but the person getting it done didn’t look in pain at all. And the results were very apparent.
