Hey thanks for the video! What if it is not lettering that you are tiling? I am actually making a flag as well and my union has the Army "Military Service Mark" in the middle of it. My CNC is very small. so I am going to have to do the union (10.5" x 13") in two separate sections. How do I go about cutting the Army symbol in half? Thanks!

Thanks for watching. You should be able to do it the same way. If I were you I would try this out on a test piece first. If I’m ever not sure. I’ll always use scrap wood first till I get it right. It’s a good learning tool too

@@ThatWoodenFlag Awesome thanks! you have a subscriber here. One more question, So I imported an SVG file that has letters in it already and did an image trace for the whole file. I was able to figure out how to clear out a pocket for most of the lettering besides letters such as A, B, D, O, P, Q, and R. Each of these letters have a part that is enclosed and it wants to pocket out the whole enclosure rather than just between the outline of the letter itself. Any thoughts?
Also, you might want to redo the audio in your video, it seems to cut in and out or is choppy. You still get a thumbs up from me though!

I would have to see the file to try and figure it out. The program is far from perfect that’s for sure. Thanks for letting me know about the audio. I will look into that too.
