Great follow up review of the v2. I love my v2s and recently got some Premiums and absolutely love the stiffer tongue and rubber grips on em. Thank you Leon for bringing intuition into blading!
When I came back to blading two years ago and I saw these I was shocked about the price, until I gave them a try, found a pair of used Them Intuitions for 80 EUR, since then I bought FR Deluxe and Premium. I can't decide which one I like more, the biggest advantage is that they don't lose the springy sponginess when you are 2-3 hours into an intense session, I always hated that all and every other liner I had before stopped working after a few hours as they soak up sweat, they get really mushy and lose support and responsiveness. I sold my Them intuition because even the largest one is small one me but I am super glad to have 2 currently and I could not even decide which one I like more .
Intuition V2 The best liner!!4 years and still good ::)) Clasic liners I used max 2years ,I skate a lot,,so they are worth the price..I tried some other Intuition liners(blue,black/white but somehow they are harder for me,for my tipe of skating, not flexible enough like V2,I was skeptical when I saw that they were really thin, because otherwise I like fat liners(less spaces in boots, more comfortsble etc) but V2 are still amazing!Greetings
I was a big advocate of Intuition liners, still am but I recently tried the MyFit Prime liners and they just might be better. At the very least, better bang for the buck at almost 1/2 the price. They're unlike any of the other MyFit liners & they obviously modeled the Primes after the Intuitions. All the materials used screams premium. I almost feel guilty that I prefer them over the Intuitions. Unfortunately you can't get them unless you order Iqons but I got lucky because someone ordered Iqons in the wrong size and needed a thicker liner to fill the skate & sold me the Primes. I'm actually baffled why they aren't selling them separately. Maybe they think it would affect Iqon sales if they did...idk. I hated The Sway, even a Intuition v2 couldn't make them bearable but when I put the Prime liner in them it made that skate feel like a flagship model. I've had them in 909, Aeons, CJ2 Prime & they made a great skate even better.
Forget washing them, get a peet boot dryer and put them on it after every skate and that's all you'll ever need. On another note, I have only tried my wizard intuitions and the new premiums, I prefer my wizard intuitions more.
I definitely think I wouldn’t be into the extra padding of the Premium, but I would love to try the Wizard version. My stupid wide feet need all the help they can get.
@@wheelsceneblading Well, if everything I've found out so far is correct, the V1, V2 AND the premium are fairly close in thickness (they're still fairly thin though), but between them and the wizard, night and day. You may have to get a pair of new boots I'm thinking. Save the extra little bit and go carbons, SOOOO worth it. For me, they are the unicorns.
Didn't like my Intuitions at first, but they're starting to feel amazing. Gotta get through that break in period and adjust to the feel of such a different liner. I've been taking mine out of my skates after each session to air dry properly without being stuck in the boots.. No funky smell so far 🤞
Ok. So are the Them 909 (Pat Ridder version) intuition liners different from these intuition liners? Because I really don’t like how those feel when I skate, had to opt for MyFit second skins from my Lomax Aeons which so far are the best liners I’ve ever used. Need to know before pulling the trigger and buying these as they are expensive
I bought a pair to review and within minutes of just rolling around in them I knew they weren't for me. They felt incredibly slow just rolling around, like you were having to put in much more effort to get the same speed you normally would. I attribute this to the built-in heel pad, which I felt was too soft, but because it's built into the shell you can't skate the boot without it because it has it's own cut-out in the bottom of the shell. I'm not the biggest fan of heel pads anyway because I feel like, with the exception of Seba, most brands don't make them firm enough. It's annoying because the Blank Sean Kean looks really good, but I just couldn't get past how sluggish they felt.
@@wheelsceneblading how would you compare these against the blank liner? Bought used FR3 and liner was painful, out of curiosity installed my blank liner and it's like magic, I can now skate for hrs with no issues. Intuition $220 vs Blanks $89

How do you find the thickness of the Premium compared to the V2?

I’m never using another liner. I’ve had issues with pretty much everything else I’ve tried.
Best liners for me that’s for sure.
i remember watch that review with the piano hahah, nicee review 🙏
Thank you for the amazing review!!!
Best reviews, best linner, i own the Intuition Prime and love it ❤️

Great video. Great liners. Great guy. 🫶

@@ravenouspathogen the Premium are definitely thicker than the V2.
I have the blue intuitions, really like them! I need to skate more.
Get a boot dryer and they'll never smell again.

They definitely feel strange at first, but when you stick with them you are rewarded.

The V2 is thinner and stiffer than the Pat Ridder Intuition
Ripped my tab off too. Tried sewing it back on and ripped off again. Dang.
Ha! I tried that too. Once it’s compromised, it’s game over!
Can you use shoe deodorizing spray like they do at bowling alleys to get rid of the stink? I don’t think I can wash my Reign v3 liners lol.
I don’t know about Reign liners, but Intuitions wash just fine
Should I get true to size or one size smaller?
I tried a medium but it created too much space in the shell and moved about. The large works best for me.
You didnt like the blanks? I would love to hear why =)
