Thank you Nick for this great video. I really like the conversation between Iida-san and yourself. He seems to be a very great craftsman who takes a lot of pride in making the best food he can. Thats one of the things I really love about Japan.
Myself, when I am in Japan every 2 years, I eat only japanese food, because there is so much wonderful japanese food (which I can mostly not get where I live in Switzerland), and I dont want to eat hot dogs, burgers, pasta, pizza or other things like that. But I totally appreciate that japanese people or gaijin persons like to enjoy "non japanese" food sometimes.

I'm going to Japan this fall, so I'll definitely hit this place up. Not many places will make their own franks, so this certainly looks interesting. Though the one thing is that two of the iterations look like they're really difficult to eat without a fork and knife, but that's just a minor thing.

    • @tykep1009

Sorry for your confusion. But people in Japan tend to use the terms "Indian(インディアン)" and "Indo-jin(インド人)" separately to mean each as Native American and Indian people. Nowadays, it's supposed to be inappropriate to use "Indian" to refer to Native Americans, though not many Japanese have contact with Native Americans or Indians, so the old custom doesn't change swiftly.
