The one thing you didn't mention was about how long it takes to acquire all these items in-game? How many hours of play, etc. I believe this is why they made the system the way it is, sure you CAN level up a legendary ally without spending marketplace cash, BUT... it will take you a LONG TIME and that's just for one. The system is meant to push you into spending cash to level them quicker as most people want things NOW, and with elitists expecting players to be MIN/MAXED on everything... that particular community has created a further sense of 'rush' to get the best items immediately. It's why a LOT of players have left DCUO... the whole 'P2W' aspect of it. Sure it's a F2P game and needs revenue, but, they certainly haven't been offering new content, just rehashing old assets while constantly adding in more things for people to spend real $$ on.
Yes I totally agree it’s is a ptw system. It does take a long time to grind that’s why I have posted other videos on tips of how to get these items. I also have videos on tips for leveling artifacts too. Everyone has the choice you either pay to win or take the slow way and grind to win, it’s your preference. As an elitist player I have never paid for allies or artifacts. It takes a long time but it’s worth the wait. You can still do elite just having basic 120 artifacts. Trust me when artifacts first came out we were beating elite without it. When manacles for tanking first came out in atlantis ep I was tanking cote and throne elite without it. Elite can be done wit low level artifacts but it depends on your group if they very skilled and experienced. Anyways thanks for the feedback I appreciate it. 👍

Hey I purchased the flash as an ally but he doesn’t show up in my fortify section and I can’t Equip him. I also can’t access cyborg for allies. It even says flash is purchased. Any thoughts?

Yea they changed it, it’s like 100% way better. No need to calculate and the risk of over leveling ally favor xp is not there anymore

You need to collect it first. If that’s not working it might be bugged and you will have to send them a ticket.
