Once you learn how to ride a bike, word has it that you never forget. Joe seems to be an exception to this, since he forgets all sorts of things.
To be fair, toe cages are a terrible design and stuff like this happens too often, especially at stop lights. Does it happen to everyone? No, but it does happen often. Clipless pedals are much better and easier to get in and out of. I refuse to wear clipless pedals on my mountain bike because I have had the front wheel washout too many times with not enough time to react.

@@davobmw That's what happens once in a while, you unclip from one pedal only to try to use the other foot instead. He just got caught on the cage is all. Go back and watch it. There is a GCN video about learning to use clipless pedals. I fell over at a stop sign, hurt like hell and was super embarrassing. But it's a president that many people don't like so it's amplified.
