I recently met an elderly gentleman at an antique mall that saw I was interested in swung glass vases and he invited my husband and I to stop over to his property to see if we would be interested in some of his glass treasures. He had about 6 large barns and countless smaller sheds just overflowing with all kinds of stuff. Incredible furniture pieces and glass and even an old jeep, cycle, antique cream separator and coffee grinders. I ended up buying a beautiful light blue opalescent Jefferson Glass Co swung glass vase from about 1908. If I had more cash on me I could have spent it all. I could have dug thru his treasures for days!
How great that shed was wow!I can spend days in there! You needed a ladder! To see from the top downwards I’m sure there were even more treasures you never found that were buried! 🥰
Omg!! That art at 2:22 with the woman at the beach with all the activity going on behind her was INCREDIBLE. I LOVE that piece. (And I'm bummed that it will never be mine, lol.)
That shed is full!!!! Still on the hunt for a big coockiejar, loved the canisters. I have those Tupperwarecups, I love them. Beautyfull frames. I m still on the hunt for a bigger oval one too. I love my bunnyfigurenes, keep them ou the whole year around. A stunning pond and the poodle is so sweet.
Because it was cheaply made and cold painted, the paint chips easily. Thus, the popular name of this glass with unavoidable imperfections became Goofus Glass.
That's what makes it so fun digging and being surprised. I used to go with group to clean up trash and one time we were cleaning out a dirt pile and I found several old toy cars. Fun I love your quirky comments!!
When you said "looks like a pic-nice gone wrong" ..I lost it. you are so funny. Wow I saw so many things I wanted. I think you should go back. There is alot more things in there you could sell.
I have that same recipe box in my kitchen drawer. Got it in Junior High School 1958. FYI Oh and I love the carnival glass dish I bought from you in live sale!!!
Barb, the screen print is fabulous. It was painted in the 80's but is reminiscent of mid-century.. the stroller and bathing suit, etc. Clean it up, new matting will be awesome. I carry a small tape measure in my purse!
What a treasure hunt that shed was. I almost want to take everything out and match it up: plates on one storage unit, tumblers on another, salt and peppers on another etc. I'm sure I'd give up after a while tho, that was a lot! ^_^
Haha. I've been going out to his house for a while. I'm going back. I pulled out some really cool stuff. I got the poodle and he cleaned up so cute. But now I know where the ghost went. There was a Rushton santa when I was there upstairs
If I were you two I think I would go back and dig deeper into those piles in that shed. While there were a lot of damaged things in there, I am sure there were a lot of hidden treasures that you were not able to see. I have that same three sided Santa jar and I am pretty sure yours is a marriage. Although that holly lid did not look terrible on there, the actual lid is a Santa hat that is musical and plays Jingle Bells. Thanks for sharing this adventure with us!
I don't usually comment on your posts but this had my head spinning 🤣 I could spend all day and then some sorting through it. I saw so many goodies . I don't mind mice or wasps but the spiders er no thanks.
Goofus glass was given away at carnivals as premiums. It was made between 1890-1920 or so. It was cold painted and chips easily thus it was called Goofus glass for its imperfections.
This is a really cool video that is the motherload of hoarder hoardiness lol. I totally understand how you guys would be so overwhelmed. I would probably be in the fetal position in the corner rocking back and forth
their tomatoes because it's a juice Glass and people used to drink tomato juice. the first time I saw juice glasses with little red blobs on them I thought they were cherries, but then realized they were tomatoes. Also, this has the spiky leaf parts at the top.
On one of Prime Time Treasure Hunter’s thrift challenge, Farm Girl Scavenger, said all Tupperware has a life time guarantee. So if you find it, you can send it to them and they will send you a replacement or close to it.
Used to be free turn in, now you have to pay for shipping. You would give your damaged piece to the rep and get your replacement piece from the rep. Now you still give the item to the rep to turn in but you have to pay shipping on the items to come to you.
You did good on the tupperwear glasses. I would of grabbed the Tupperwear canister like containers also. They all bring in good money. Boy...was that shed PACKED or what. Had to be a hoarder!! I am like Barb though, scared of mice and creepy crawly things. LOL!!!
I am in love with the pink biscuit jar. I've been watching you for about a year but don't normally comment. Saw you with Scott and really liked the channel when I checked you out.
At 13:28 the word I think you were searching for is milk glass. I inherited a lot of it from my mom, whose sisters hit every antique mall they could find in every state and would send a piece to my mom every Christmas. I think milk glass is very pretty.
I love the oven colony wear!! I would want that, cuz you can cook something in the oven with it and serve it in the same Bowl. It's really a nice piece and I like the Goofus glass. How fun! Behind the lithograph or block print was the antique Bubble Glass picture, does that sell for you guys at all?
Where was this all located at? Be awesome for someone buy everything then load up n sort. That big sterling tray outside between garage n shed you should of grabbed
Jeffrey, I’m shocked. Simply shocked you didn’t buy more from that shed!! And you had the place all to yourself! Soooo many fun treasures. I would have lost my mind!! Lol!
Gosh Jeffrey your so funny! What? Does the mouse run over your foot and eat it? 🤔 Something like that. It made me laugh so hard. Barb and being afraid of mice running over her feet. Yes, the wasp is alot worse than a mouse! The two of you are so cute together! The Tupperware was a great find! Great video you two. Jeffrey your one of my favorite UA-cam re-sellers! Keep up the good work. ❤️
"It's like a (beautiful) picnic that went wrong" oh boy that's funny - I'd grab all the purple!
He kills me 😂😂😂
Just came across your channel for the first time...... FABULOUS 🤩
Great people, great content, wonderful humor too 🎉
I can empathize with Barb regarding the mice, eew. I've dug in places where I expected mice to scurry over my feet too.
Oh, yes 😅
Fun treasure hunt
You & Barb should do an 8 hr live sale from that shed. It would be like opening Al Capone's vault.
😂😂😂😂
Jeffrey says,” it’s like a picnic gone wrong”. 🤣🤣 I’m dying straight out of the gate!
Me tooooooo 😂
My Illinois kids in a treasure shed 😄! Thank you for taking me on a virtual adventure ♥️🐩
I'd still be digging at that place! You and Barb are so disciplined!

Oh, my! A square aluminum (maybe stainless} cake carrier at 20:23! Do I need one? No. Do I want one? Yes. Yes, I do!
Because it was cheaply made and cold painted, the paint chips easily. Thus, the popular name of this glass with unavoidable imperfections became Goofus Glass.
I love the pink cookie jar,I would love organizing and cleaning in that shed, such fun.
Love those sales that you have to hunt for items
That's what makes it so fun digging and being surprised. I used to go with group to clean up trash and one time we were cleaning out a dirt pile and I found several old toy cars. Fun
I love your quirky comments!!
Hi, Barb, because the print is signed, I would resist cutting anything. Just get a mat to go over it (not covering the signature obviously)

Fun shop guys! Would have loved to seen that whole "Deco" tray set in it's glory!
I don't usually comment on your posts but this had my head spinning 🤣 I could spend all day and then some sorting through it. I saw so many goodies . I don't mind mice or wasps but the spiders er no thanks.
It’s like a picnic that went wrong 😂..I really enjoy watching and learning ,about the different antiques thanks .
Like those orange glasses. Your finding so much cool stuff and your putting it down.
I would love to see MORE shopping trips.
Barb, I bought a small measuring tape. It’s in my purse when I need it. I keep forgetting to buy a black light.

The baby doll sitting on the shelf in garage by the picture !
When I was little back in the 1960's, I had a little red rocking chair just like that one outside at the beginning of your video.
I would put a window air conditioning unit in that shed, put on a hazmat suit and dig for days. 🤣🤣🤣
This is a really cool video that is the motherload of hoarder hoardiness lol. I totally understand how you guys would be so overwhelmed. I would probably be in the fetal position in the corner rocking back and forth
Oh my goodness. I want in that shed. How fortunate you are to find that shed. You have to go back there again.
I think those tomatoes are cherries.

@@RealNiftyVintage I had forgotten all about tomato juice and I am an "old broad" who used to drink tomato juice and V-8.
Cool 😎 channel! Of course I’m always on the hunt for vintage and antique Jewelry ✨Uranium is a fav!
Hay cosas bellas es cuestión de buscar me encantó

Oh My Goodness! What a great place. I would love to dig my way around that shed. WOW WEEE😬😁 Put my head lamp on and strap my GoPro on and go to town.

this isn't really milk glass as much as it's an opalescent glass. I looked it up and I was thinking of Monax. It's the pattern by Macbeth Evans.
@@RealNiftyVintage oh. Sorry.
I would spend days in there. I could fill a truck. I hope you get more stuff.
You found some awesome items!
I would have to push u out of the way to get that swing frame, lol
Hello guys love the santa jar .♥️ good to c you guys out shopping 😀 thank u for the nice video god bless.
yeah since that last postal increase I stopped picking really large items or really fragile items
I love to digg like this!
Thank you for sharing!
That artwork of the beach scene with the woman is a silk screen print. I wouldn’t cut or trim the white edge but you could mat over it.
oh, yes I don't know why I didn't think about just matting over the existing paper.
I love the oven colony wear!! I would want that, cuz you can cook something in the oven with it and serve it in the same Bowl. It's really a nice piece and I like the Goofus glass. How fun! Awesome video.
Ugh, I would volunteer to dust and organize the pieces for free… beauties waiting to be rehomed
Iwant the small purple item...near the goofus gass item
What ! ? Barb should have been the person to get the ghost 👻
Jeffery fans, lets show appreciation, click on share arrow and send to friend 🎉
Love the ghost !!!!!
Where was this all located at? Be awesome for someone buy everything then load up n sort. That big sterling tray outside between garage n shed you should of grabbed
What do you use to sanitize your finds?
I would have gone nuts in that shed!
That shed was marvelous but scary
Hi. At 02.32. What is that picture at the back of the one that you’re looking at, it looks interesting.
I would love to look throught this I'd literally would be there for hours lol
I would be in Heaven in that shed!!
Wow.
I would have been digging around all day there!
Jeffrey, I’m shocked. Simply shocked you didn’t buy more from that shed!! And you had the place all to yourself! Soooo many fun treasures. I would have lost my mind!! Lol!
it was pretty hot and we were under a Time crunch, although I do wish I would have gotten more LOL.
That heat can make it tough!! Thanks for the great video!! That place was great! So glad we got to see it!
Hey ya'll love to have been there
If I don’t get my crap together, my house is gonna look like that shed. Soon. 🤦🏽♀️
I would go crazy!
Wow that is alot of stuff
The sectioned red dish is Indiana moderne 59.00 on eBay
I love your videos, there are the best!!
Fabulous fabulous ❤️
Great dig
I'm 68 and I never knew you put biscuits in a jar. We fixed or bought enough for one meal and never had leftovers.
You should have made an offer for all of it
The bee hive amber covered glass dish....
Jeffrey, would it be that hard to find a base for that lazy Susan set? It is so you! I would risk the mice to be in that shed with you and Barb!
The center was really chipped up.
I know, I wish I was there, too. The place was packed with cool stuff.
Wow. Definitely would have struggled not breaking the bank there. Great place to hunt!
That would be a fun hunt if I had some gloves & close toed shoes.
Gosh Jeffrey your so funny! What? Does the mouse run over your foot and eat it? 🤔 Something like that. It made me laugh so hard. Barb and being afraid of mice running over her feet. Are you going back? I don’t think you found 1/2 of it.
Barb I am terrified of mice too!
Is it MacBeth- Evans?
“I saw it first!” 😂😂😂
