Planet zoo is one of my favorite games, but I work from home so I'm already spending my entire day in front of my computer and don't want to keep spending time in the office, plus when my fiance gets home we like spending our time together, even if it's doing separate activities together. I've been looking forward to the console edition coming out so I can live my zoo dreams without sacrificing the important things, and learning these new controls will really make a difference.
Honestly, despite my frustrations with using a controller, PZ on the couch is so much fun!
But console versions have a complexity meter where pc doesn't have on. In this case, what attracts you to come on console? May I know please ?

Wow, I can’t imagine playing it on console as I’ve been playing for years on PC. I just love how easy the keyboard is, using the rotate and the sink object buttons with ease. Flicking through options quicker, placing objects quicker. I’m glad it’s come out on console though, I know a lot of people missed out who didn’t have PCs. It’s like a new generation of PZ’ers will arise 🤣 I’m looking forward to alot more videos from people and ideas. You’re still my #1 PZ builder 👍🏻 my boyfriend has never touched PZ or any other building game - and he still watches your videos with me as he finds them satisfying 😂

The hardest part of Planco for me was building off grid making round or curved buildings. In your San Bernardino series you have all kinds of curved viewing areas and inanely complex entrance/buildings. Be great to see you do a vid tutorial on complex builds for console.

I used to be really addicted to watching planet zoo videos and I decided to buy it! Turns out HP laptops arent the best for running this game. Thats why I like that they added a console version. I can finally play the game without 140p graphics and choppy rendering.

Im really impressed with frontiers game engine. The fact that keepers can walk on building pieces.
Yeh the keepers are much better than back when it first launched on pc!
You should make a video about console tips and tricks. Like letting us know what you've learned to help us learn the game better

I want to buy PZ console edition so bad but I already bought it on my pc and I find it a waste to buy it again, but I have one problem my pc can't handle the graphics 😂😂 also I really love you're vids and you're builds are awesome I'm always surprised, I always find it a pitty that I can't build like you but keep up the great work ❤and I'm looking forward to upcoming Saturday

I have a console (Xbox) and this looks really good as an alternative to PC if you’re like me and don’t have one (I use Geforce on my laptop & yes it does sound like a jet engine)

Amazing Build in Console! I will be playing tomorrow! Do you think you are capable to build great stuff with console or not? Do you think building custom barriers will be challenging? It will take more time right? Thoughts on the Africa Pack's animals and pieces?
Plug in a mouse & keyboard and it's the same haha. With controller it's do-able, in just 2 evenings I got a lot better.

You can't share between PC & console so to upload anything to console workshop I'd have to build it first! No time sadly.
Hi, first i bought planet coaster, without learning the controls, i dived straight to sandbox and found myself struggling. Now i have pre ordered planet zoo, i don't want to ma,e the same mistake. So in career mode can i learn each and every detail on how to rotate, duplicate objects ?
Not everything no, I would suggest watching some UA-cam tutorials first. My Franchise Tips Top 10 has some good stuff in it, I would recommend Deladysigner or Rudi tutorials on the basics before that as well!
Hi just asking if you could maybe do a tutorial? so i want to know how i can hide staff facilities because theyre just so annoying to see and i have no idea how to hide them, so if you could that would be a great tutorial!

Honestly, I really enjoyed building this and would love to do a simpler, mini-zoo on console but I don't have time. Job + SBZ takes all of it already.

No reason why not although it would take longer. Obviously it would need to be much smaller but console players won’t put up with the 10fps I get now anyway 😆
Does the console edition still have cross-fighting?
Yeh, any game that lets you put a 3d object exactly on top of another 3d object will have it

Are the controls similar to jwe2 and planet coaster?
Yeh the new default is the same as JWE2 but all the original variations are also there as well
Will you make a San Bernardino zoo on console
I just hope they fix the path and transport ride editors to be more like Planet Coaster. Some things definitely improved control-wise, but others feel like a clunky, glitchy downgrade.
Can you walk around zoo in first person console?
Yes! Just choose Explore Cam in the camera options

I love this game but I'm one of those cheap people who has to wait a year for it to be discounted. I've never bought a game over $50. They do say dutch people are cheap, and its very true. Guess I'll be watching this tutorial in a year.

@@ZSHplayshaha I have it on pc, but I’m so glad it’s coming to Xbox really soon because I always prefer gaming on my couch and tv then on my chair and laptop, it will be so much more comfy especially for planet zoo, I did try adjust the pc controls for planet zoo to my Xbox controller, but it was too hard and complicated to do haha
For the love of everything holy, please don’t bring San Bernardino Zoo to the console edition, it’s actually enjoyable on the PC
