The baby loves the music. You might want to buy the wall mounted like a cabinet for your plates and cups and cutlery. It can be mounted right on top of the sink so when you wash your dishes you don't use lots of space, and it will dry right down the sink and you don't have to move the dishes. It saves space. I saw it done by the ARMSTRONG family in their vlog. They are house builders in Vigan Ilocos Sur and they use good of the spaces they have.
Hint Dustin a Smart man would set a gate up at the top of the stairs so my Baby can't fall down the stairs when she starts crawling. And that wont be long. The gate can be made just like the railings so it looks like it was the plan all the time. Also with a gate the dogs can't go up and scratch the door looking for you guys.
Dustin, very nice Studio type house - and with a very nice view of the balcony! I suggest putting a gate at the top of the stairs for added safety especially for the little one. And make sure not to put a portable chair next to the railing for when the little one starts to walk and climb... make sure you have at least a roof covering by the entry door and a gutter to divert the water away from the entrance.

A three foot awning or extension with the overhang you already have, would keep you dry if it’s raining ( soft rain). Then you could sit there or sit on dry chairs after the rain. Just Sayin !

Reche and Dustin good morning.I’m glad baby Everly Kate is swaddled while in the supine position.This is good so she doesn’t sleep on her stomach which is the primary cause of SIDS ( Sudden Infant Death Syndrome)
On this episode of the Philippines: Dustin started his day with looking at his new railing that was installed yesterday :P Then later he rocked Everly to sleep and she looked at him :P (Yup that's really cute :P) She doesn't seem sleepy :P Then later on at night he caught up with his hunnie bunnie at night because his daughter doesn't want to sleep in her crib :P (That's ok that's what babies are for.) Then his hunnie bunnie was playing his computer :P But I'm sure he doesn't mind at all :P But otherwise they had a good day :P

The table would be better against the wall, it takes up room when it is length ways into the room, but your home is looking very homely! You probably could do with some big cushions to lean against the all when in bed watching TV. Nice to see the grandparents!

I think it will be good to put the black stand that is next to the bed under the TV and push/put the bassinet in that space but try not letting it not to be touching the in cause any insects would crawl into the crib and devour our dear Everly.
