It’s all luck. My best character is at 113000 and I was feeling pretty good tried guild wars and got destroyed. Went looking at other people’s builds and saw there characters are over 200000. Wtf pvp is a no go for me now
i haven't tried that. what i noticed however is eveytime i upgrade a gear equipped on a unit to use it, it rolls bad. the only one that rolled perfect when i upgrade a gear while equipped on a unit is a rage set from my sigret for 1 shot banshee and azimanak. like literally, all her gears rolled mostly to crit damage that lead me to use crit chance main on her neck because nothing rolled on crit chance. her critdamage rolls ranges from 15 to 20+ (not yet maxed).

I felt the same way about gear conversion when I was doing it with leveled gear like you show, but I recently realized it's really easy to just throw a bunch of unleveled gear you just crafted in there and still fill up the meter. You can pump it out a LOT faster that way
For equipment conversion, just save all your 85 pieces from hunt that are garbage for use, ie; save all the 85 speed garbage pieces for converting that speed neck you want.
I'm at a point in the game where even when I get a new unit just thinking about all the rng just to gear them somewhat decent just makes me not want to
I'm shocked someone rolled a worse pvp set than me. The 88 pvp sets are literally worse than a bunch of 7x gear I have because of how much they roll into effect resist. Huge, huge, huge waste of resources.
4:30 I'd argue the atk set atk% is the better choice cuz since crit set is 2set u have more flexibility. U would need to have 4 good atk set pieces so having more atk set gear will have higher chance of it. Also wyvern drops crit set.
Enhancing/upgrading Gear is the main nightmare , getting gear is easy getting the right sub stats is almost impossible .. just wish they add a Reset button on gear using crystals or any item/system they come up with to reset sub stats
is there a chart or something for what mainstat and substats to aim for depending on what set piece it is (like lets say X ring you want to aim for X mainstat with X in substat)? i have finally reached the point where i can't do anything without better gear but i can barely sometimes beat W10 to even try creating a good piece and i have no idea if theres a hidden good gear in my inventory right this moment. Have a decent selection of units, just the gear is the issue now.

I've seen the worst piece of gear with the ONLY good sub-stat aka SPD rolling each time +4 x4 times in a row. And I've seen awesome gear 3 out of 4 amazing stats roll all into that cursed sub-stat. There is no good advice on how, what and where - in E7 you just have to get lucky. Gear and mola are the 2 biggest flaws of this game.

I think your going at alchemist steeple all wrong. I just put all my crap gear in with flat main stats and substats i get from hunt and crafting to make a decent piece.
this game needs a substat reroll feature like in 7 deadly sins: grand cross. You could take any gear and select the substat you want to change, then just reroll that specific substat until you get the type you want. this game is far too much grinding.
Can someone explain to me what is the significance of the sets? Like you need 4 attack gear to have the attack set. Does that matter? because some of them have the main stat of health or speed sometimes so I am kinda confused.
So there are gear sets and main stats. Gear sets work by equipping 2 or 4 of the same-labeled gear (there are 13 different sets). Main stats are pre-determined for left gear (Attack for Weapon, Health for Helmet, and Defense for Armor) and random for right gear (Necklace/Ring/Boots). So for example, you can have a helmet (which is always going to have an Attack main stat) but be a part of the Speed set, or Lifesteal set, or Defense set, etc.
@@William_Cheese Yep, and it is randomized. Then depending on the gear tier, it will gain a new sub-stat at +9 and +12. Rare gear (blue) start with 2 sub-stats and gain a sub-stat at +9 and +12. Malena Olsen I just started playing again, after I botched my beginner reroll. Choose aramintha instead of a good healer like angelica or destina. Did not want to start over because I already wasted so many stamina and time. Now I got luna, dianne and achates that it becomes tolerable again. Also the new pet system with auto is nice. Still this game is stingy and so RNG heavy, can't even give enough stamina.

can someone explain to me why I just faced a diene who is already slow and is level 50, 4 awakened, but is faster than my 200 speed of my bellona and has 15k hp? This is gold 5 arena btw. How is that possible? All of his guys had 10k + hp (not a lot) but does like 7k dmg consistently even on reg attacks with level 50s.
I've had a sub roll into the 30's precisely once since launch. (31% attack on the freebie 75 set). All the Arena sets rolled like freaking lv 50 sets. I swear they're rigged to be stuck at +2/+4 when rolling.
See I have 37% attack helm and some other great gears like this (all but 4 are hell raid gear) but no matter how long I play I cannot manage to get some good speed gear, I only have like 10 pieces that reached 12 speed, half of them not speed set, and 0 pieces above 14 speed.
Honestly gear is the biggest mountain to climb. I've been on and off this game for a better part of 9 montjs I think. I have 2 mediocre sets in total and the rest is absolute garbage. I spent over 100 leifs and came out with no gear I could use :)
Ah yes i too like to grind and craft bad gear to then use as fodder to upgrade no so bad gear to make them even worse gear, i'm looking at you eff resist.

that one is the start...you need to get good roll too
equip conversion: just use 8-9 pieces of blue 85 gear which you will get from workshop crafting. no need to +15 85s for conversion

I just want less rng in substats. For example lvl 85 gear would be able to get 3-4 spd instead of 1-4, or just remove it in itself.

I replaced luna with alexa(w DJ) and the runs are more stable

Crit chance and speed gives more CP.
After checking the ring and necklace with main stats of critical damage and attack offer more CP plus with substats around critical chance.
Really hope the overhaul the equipment system. It feels so shitty and stressful.
