    1. Make sure to keep your LOWER BACK flat on the mat. Only lower your legs as far as possible, so your lower back is not lifting off the mat.
    2. Lay your head on the mat, if that's more comfy. Make sure to still tilt your pelvis & activate your lower abs if you rest your head.
    3. THINK ABOUT YOUR ABS. It's about the mind muscle connection! Lift your legs with the strength of your abs, not your thighs.

    i did this workout with my boyfriend, who go to the gym 4 times a week and I wanna say thank you Pamela for you workouts because turn outs that my abs stronger then his, he almost died in the beginning and I did it from the beginning to the end without any breaks 😂❤ now he doesn’t think that my home workouts are useless 🤣🤣🤣

      This is absolutely not a good routine to start up. If your core is weak, the lower back will take all the force. I would not recommend. She has easier ones. If you still want this, then modify it. Higher leg position and head down.

      She has, none of her workouts are intense as this! A lot of her HIIT + glute workouts are just plain fucking rubbish!

      @@Vishanie Hello! I workout 4 days a week (2 days upper body and 2 days lower body) with active rest days in between in which I do pilates or just stretching if I'm feeling very tired. I do weights (not gym-heavy, as I use the ones I have at home!) and no cardio, just the one I do during the weight training videos I use 💚😄

    wow this was way harder than my usual ab workouts, wish i found this sooner! didn't manage to get all the way through without tiny breaks here and there, some i couldn't even do! but i'll definitely be doing this until i can do it without stop!

    Winner. Toughest abs workout hitherto. The first half was unsustainable and deserved breaks maybe I felt already sleepy. THis is for anyone looking for unconventional exercises and/or NO break.

      @@eherweniger Ich hatte es vorher nicht 😅🤣. Aber ich fing an, abends zu trainieren, ich machte meine Lieblingsroutinen und dann fing ich an, oft zu trainieren. Als ich es am Nachmittag nicht machen konnte, weil ich arbeitete, habe ich beschlossen, es auf 5 Uhr morgens zu verschieben. Ich erinnere mich, dass eines meiner Ziele darin bestand, eine Routine von Pam zu beenden, ohne den Rest zu nehmen 😜

    Intensity, effectiveness, targeting the same muscle groups for a good amount of time before going to the next groups are very good with her content. I also love not having a break in between and not having to hear explanations but keeps going. Very effective for advanced level workout.

    Hey Pam! This is so helpful! I’m a competitive artistic gymnast and I’m really strong but not as good as I could be… My club is making cuts for the next season and we have to take an advanced gymnastics fitness test. I want to pass with flying colours and I believe this is the way to get there ❤️❤️

    I am SO PROUD to say that I can do like 20-30min solid of Pam and videos straight.
    BUT I sometimes have this weird trembling when I do the exercises and the first 3 minutes were super tricky 😞

    I have been trainig with you for 3 years now. I remember when I first started with your old 10 min ab workout I had to take a break after every fifth exercise. 😅
    I was always thin, so my goal was not to lose weight, but to be stronger and more toned (it also helped with my stomach problem). 💪🏻
    Your workouts are not easier I'm just soo much stronger, healthier and happier.
    I want to thank you for changing my body and life. You are amazing! 😍

    I love this ab workout. I was doing the 6 minute brutal ab workout for a while daily and now I just switched to this which is a great switch up. Thank you. Also, I just traveled through Ubud less than a year ago. Beautiful! Thanks for putting this routine together. I'll be doing it often.

    This was so much fun, I had too much energy today 😂😂. I was bored of simple ones , needless to say it was peak of satisfaction for me.     in all of your ab videos i love the parts with leg lift exercises and the ab holds bc the burn is so tough so thank u for this video which was a dream come true and yet also my worst nightmare lol
