This is absolutely not a good routine to start up. If your core is weak, the lower back will take all the force. I would not recommend. She has easier ones. If you still want this, then modify it. Higher leg position and head down.
i did this workout with my boyfriend, who go to the gym 4 times a week and I wanna say thank you Pamela for you workouts because turn outs that my abs stronger then his, he almost died in the beginning and I did it from the beginning to the end without any breaks 😂❤ now he doesn’t think that my home workouts are useless 🤣🤣🤣

I do weights (not gym-heavy, as I use the ones I have at home!) and no cardio, just the one I do during the weight training videos I use 💚😄
Do you know what body type you are? It would be helpful to know as you say you don't do much cardio; something familiar with the ectomorph body type xx

Intensity, effectiveness, targeting the same muscle groups for a good amount of time before going to the next groups are very good with her content. I also love not having a break in between and not having to hear explanations but keeps going. Very effective for advanced level workout.

The ones I wasn’t able to do as professionally done as Pam, I did the ones that wouldn’t “break my back”. Anyway, I felt sore the next day ♥️😮💨
