My wife thought I was crazy, but as it turns out my youngest did more push-ups straight in second grade than any other kid in his entire elementary school for a fitness test. Just saying I was embedded in horrible depression and rowing 10k per day for a couple of months (after a long layoff due to depression) no matter what broke me out. I’m a developer running my own business so I work every day for as long as I can. Letting my Apple Watch nag me to get up also helps. Got to work your body or you just get fatter or weaker and do not feel good.
