I was a hod carrier for ten years then done scaffolding for 5 years untill my back gave way!!Everyday I have back pain and it was due to over lifting continuously!! It’s all good being called the man coddy hoddy and getting high praise for the graft u put in but mate it’s not worth ur bk..Never over lift and always bend ur knees I was told many times bk in the day mate ur bk is guna give way if u carry on Yeh yeh yeh I’ll deal with it mate don’t worry isn’t the thinking u want..Think ahead and not just the present I’m now a engineer because my bk would give way again if I keep lifting and the pain ant nice Look after urself lads I was to young and proud to listen and take it seriously
Doubt that would work. All your muscles will still be more devolved on your carrying side. Your hips will be imbalanced too. Need to develope both shoulder for carrying

As a roofer of 40yrs this guys right, might not work going up a ladder but anywhere else good advice.👌

They are tube,s NOT Poles,Pole,s are someone from Poland,Anyone who needs training to lift a tube should not be near a scaffold.
