I wonder how they got the cupboards up of the maximum height is at wrist level must hot had some 7 foot monsters in. What an absolute clown
So what ya saying is cleaning cupboards is more dangerous than roofing?
Huh don’t get steps what so step ladders are dangerous now jog on man
The most unnecessary video
Bro this is the content generations of new starts could have used. 😂. Brilliant.
Wow in my 36 years of being alive, i would have never thought i would need a tutorial on how to use a mop 😂😂
True, communication is the key
Does your wife think your a boring twat too😂
Love this! Clear and simple!
Even tho I've been working with pallets for 3 years now I've kept on being told I'm doing it wrong and this video here is helpful proof that I'm doing things the correct way, thank you!!
Here they usually weight twice as this.
Communication is key 😊
Ales sense
I didn’t listen, I was ok 10000 times lifting how it was comfortable for me, it only took one to take me out of the game for a couple of years. Then a car crash finished my back off so I’m in pain all the time now

Good tip, but it only works if you're standing in one spot striming.a better tip would be to focus more on making sure your harness is balanced. Handle in the right position, so you're not leaning forward. That's more important. Take it from someone who is strimmed 8 hours a day😂
The world is in to much of a rush for people to think about any of this😊
I have no need for this training anymore but this guy comes across as one of the few engaging trainers on these topics.
"Dynamic risk assessment " the end of the world is near.
Well you're not going to do your back in picking up a "long, thin" item that doesn't weigh much. Maybe if it was a massive steel scaffolding pole.
I think he's just using this bit as a shape reference, not a weight reference.
You'd actually be surprised, 9/10 the injury is caused by lifting something that isn't heavy with improper technique
Give over lad
It would take ages to get anywhere
How's business? Just read your about info and was curious as to how much demand there is for your training?
Nice one for that fella 😂
Do you import or produce it yourself?
We use the fighting stance because....I'M A FIGHTING MAN
Imagine him on site everyday 😅
Saddo
He admitted to pumping. He only pumps his own pee pee
Never done a shift on a building site in his life.
Like you you have the time to do that you try and tell a scaffolder that and see what happens 🤣😂
What's the average age of a scaffolder?
Thanks for the advice! Pain in the A getting my whacker plate on the back of my moped
FFS seen it all now 🤷♂️
Reminds me of my cpc training for my daily checks. 10mins, thats all that it needs to show on the tacho that you did them. We watched some desk jockey in a high vis do an hour long walk round. We were howling.
😂😂😂😂😂 if your worked like that on site the Forman would sack you straight away. Forman “ so why have you only moved such a small out of steel on a 12hr shift? “ Worker “Health and safety mate, my lower back is good tho thanks “
Pristine PPE paper pusher who hasn’t done a real days work
Oh shut up get a job
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
Safety workers are the best they know what to do on site ect but nevwr done a days job in there life other then do weights with pens in a office but know more then anyone who bin on site haha
Wow wow wow, come and watch me fill a pan onsite in a tiny shitter just after brew time n please critique my form when trying to pull me pants up n head butting the door then dropping my phone in all the piss on the floor. Your a complete tool
Those who can't do, teach
Just drop it and walk away 😂
What u never done deadlifts then 😂😂😂😂
I never see workmen working like this. They just go off sick for ten weeks.
Type of boss to tell you to stop messing about when your carrying one and putting them down like that 🤡
Can't wait for the video on how to pick it up
Real life doesn’t come with clean overalls
What a load of Bollocks. Mr Dick lives in some La La fantasy land
Never take advise off someone wearing brand new Hi Vis gear
That belly is bad for his back but he'll carry that around 24/7 and make it bigger every day. Too many talk but don't walk
