I have really got a thing for the albino strains of guppies.. these are absolutely stunning!! They absolutely do make it challenging to get fry sometimes.. I filled a tub with hornwort subwassertang and water lettuce.. and I'm finally having some look with my Snow White Platinum albino guppies..I always enjoy your content, fish, and beautiful fish room! Thank you for sharing!
You might find that a teaspoon of marine salt per gallon and maybe hardening your water a bit will help those red eared koi guppies stop clamping. Your plants will probably not appreciate the salt but you can grow hornwort in that type of water. Duck weed will survive but it will grow much much more slowly. Cheers, Chris
I'm sure that would work, but in my fish room fish need to adapt to my water. I'm not a fan of people keeping guppies with salt, it makes the fish weaker in my opinion. New fry do well raised in 100% fresh water
Awesome advice Sir. Love the guppies. 😍 Just a tip you need more plant coverage or a breeder cage for the albino koi guppies if you really want any success as albino fry have issues with sight when now born and are more slower to react when newborn.
The guppies look great! I've had some red tuxedo koi guppies for a while that have so many males compared to females. Started as a pair but I'm down to one pregnant female and like 25 males. So I'm hoping for girls! Have another colony of platinum cobra fire tail guppies that are doing great. I got them as 8 fry and started with 1 female and 7 males in those original ones.
I suggest you try to select breed your guppies,(just a suggestion hehe😅) separate the male and female at their early age and choose the most beautiful male to breed and to continue the beautiful traits and try to cull or just display the bad looking ones.☺️🙂
Not really other than making sure they are getting high quality food and healthy water parameters. Chances are they are breeding in there and you just aren't seeing it happen. They are guppies, that's pretty much all they do 😂
You might want to remove some of the frog but form the guppies cause food could get caught on top and start to mold but then again Idk cause I don’t use auto feeders
Maybe I missed it in other videos but do you have any purely display tanks? All your tanks look nice, but it seems they're all meant for breeding. Just curious if you have any for looks only :)
At 3:26 what exactly are the white plastic strips that your lids are resting on? I've been trying to find something like it but I'm not sure what to look for.
Can you try to breed dumbo guppys outdoor if the weather is suitable. You should checkout how @hawaii hobbyist is doing it. His guppies looks really good
Some tanks that are actually scaped, yes. You'll see me struggle with that in a future video lol but the tanks I sell out of are set up to be easy to catch them

Beautiful guppies and longfin Whiteclouds!! Caught glimpses of your longfin albino or blue eyed plecos. Really beautiful!

I am so envious of this fish room, great video.
All your tanks, fish room and fishes are so clean and beautiful.
Thank you!
I admire how much work you put into your fish room. Looking great as always!
Thank you!
Albino Red Ear Koi Guppies are Legendary.
Best of luck on breeding those Red Ear Koi. I'm very interested in following what you do with this line.
one of the best fish room!! so lit!!
I love guppies

Those look like interesting tops. Would enjoy a video on them if you have the time when you're setting up the new rack. Cheers!

If you're trying to save the fry naturally, best way i found is floating hornwort. Last batch i had over 50 survive!
Lovely set up👍✌

Had 20 fry born in the breeder cage after this video so it seems like it was plenty of plant coverage in there :)

That's awesome. Your lucky they weren't eaten.
New fish, hmm. Could it be a variety of cory cat or maybe chameleon whiptail???? Eager to see it.
super nice
Another great video. Ur a natural at this. Very informative. Dumbo guppies are awesome, but too nice for Petsmart. LOL Keep up the great work!
Thank you!
Get some glass belly pingu guppies also set up a mutt guppy tank
great video! i was wondering what kind of plant you have in your platinum dumbo ear guppy tanks?

Crazy how off that ratio is! Hopefully you get more females
Interesting stuff, always glad for a week at your fish. Could you explain or demonstrate what you used to make your sliding lids?
That video is coming out soon!
I tried to access your site, but it said under maintenance? I am interested in the long fin white clouds when you have some available? Thanks, Ben!
Haven't had any albino guppies yet. From everything I see, the albino strains are notorious for being fry eaters.
I've heard that too, but I have plenty of non albino strains that love eating their fry as well
Wow you have a eday I am looking for a type of Moscow guppy right now though
Great content like always!!
Thank you!
Your Petco takes them?? Iv been told that have to buy from the fish dealer only

That would be ideal, but I don't have the tank space for that
onga naman walang space
I got a pair of red dragon guppies and the male doesn't look interested at all, do you have tips on what I can do to encourage breeding?
Not really other than making sure they are getting high quality food and healthy water parameters. Chances are they are breeding in there and you just aren't seeing it happen. They are guppies, that's pretty much all they do 😂

Really interested in the sump system you've got going on
Not really a system, just a pump that pumps the overflow water outside

My purely display aquarium was my 75g which is now being replaced with another rack of tanks 😂
