Another great video Alex. Even though you go through the possible moves quite quickly I feel like I can follow. It's a good balance of education and entertainment. Thanks heaps for your efforts.
At 29:00 what do you play if instead of g6 he takes on b1 and then Bb4+? (I asked in another video and you said something about bd3 and I didn’t understand)
Really enjoying this series! Have you taken a look at Lê Quang Liêm’s Chessable course on the London System? He has some novel ideas that I haven’t seen suggested anywhere else.
Thanks a lot for the kind words! I actually own his course, it’s just that the “novel ideas” are not very standard and pretty tricky to implement for newer players. I’m trying to keep it as simple and straightforward as I can.
London is my favourite system now. May I ask you to play more for black?I like the Pirc/Modern against e4, and King’s Indian/Gruenfeld against d4. Thank you
It really depends on your style of play. There is no perfect answer. If you like the London as White (which is a bit more positional) I would suggest Caro-Kann/French and QGD/Slav.
I studied his books as my first steps with the London. I think they are a great source of knowledge. However it's more of a typical ideas and plans guide than a theoretical book. I think the games that I cover on the channel are more relevant to nowadays theory, but you will definitely learn a lot from them too. I think I might have also covered a few of them on the channel. (some Gata Kamsky games)
Bro it's crazy that I barely got any QGD in this speedrun. I will upload a video of that once I get more relevant games in QGD. The Caro Kann is on the list with the Jobava London for the next speedrun.
Greetings Master! I really appreciate your videos because I am also a London player and I learn a lot watching your games! Please, you would do me a great honor as well as a great favor if you would analyze one of my humble victories with our beloved London system! Thank you so much!

Thanks a lot ❤️
At 32:21 white wins the a7 pawn as forced: if a6 then g4 f6 gxf5 fxe5 fxe6 and white wins a Central passed pawn

Good work bruh. Keep it up!
😊
you should do a video on your traps in this system or patterns to look for.
I think I have more than one!
These videos are gold for the London player. Thank you! Do you recommend the Nikola Sedlak books on London theory?

@@AlexBanzeaThanks for the reply. Again, fantastic channel!
great explanations as always😍
Excellent explanation
Really hope to see you making speedruns with the Caro Kann or queen's gambit declined with black

A lot of strategy with white, but few vidéos with black. It was gold. Thank you !
We will take care of the black side in greater depth. It's a bit annoying cause they always play the Exchange French below 2000.
For London players, is there a preferred black opening?
Caro Kann/Slav I would say, but it’s not a must!
I agree with you Alex.
Thanks for this new video of London.
Thank you!
