The point poch is making is that on Understat, if you sort the table by Xpts, Chelsea are 6th while ManU would be 12th. This suggests Poch is doing his job but the quality isn't there. Conversely, Ten Hag is clearly not doing a good job of setting his team up and moments of quality rescue points for him.
