From the outside Cocotal looks beautiful, and has been around for a while. But the older apartments need serious makeovers. There's a lot of new construction going on in there too. It rains in Cocotal every single night too. There's lots of mosquitos and stray cats and dogs. The clubhouse is very boring. It's almost always empty, and the food is not up to par with the type of place it is. This video shows activities during specific days, but it's not what you'll experience day to day. Overall it's a nice place, but too old to put my money in. I will definitely invest in other updated, new and modern projects that offer technology.
