Not that the boats showed aren't interesting, but the presentation s actually following your NatiStyle ways! It seems y'all are TREND SETTING and I love it! Keep up the good work. Love it. If I could buy it I'd buy it. But I'd turn the Skylounge into the Master's Deck, the current Master Cabin into VIP, and (because I'd likely need to legally reduce the number of fixed berths) I'd turn one guest cabins into a gym and another into a spa (massage table, sauna, jet bath).

You have such a great pick of vessels to put to work in the charter business. It's so hard to pick the Best ones you show. The ones you show with more Freezer space for food stores are a plus for me. Just thinking of having Food stores for a great cook to make 5 star Dining for charter guests, to go one those coastal cruise, that cruise ships can't give VIP guests. You show the best vessels in the industry.
Greetings My Brother. Another Banger as far as Boats Go👏🏽 is weird for the galley to be so Small compared to the number in f people she can hold don’t you 🤔 Cold BUT ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL AT THE AREA OF THE MARINA ✌🏽
A "small boat" that does pack a lot in. Yes the galley is too small while the Upper deck salon seems overly large if that is possible. Storage and crew space seems too limited too.
The price seems to be around 8 - 8.5m Euro. For the amount of yacht you get this is actually a very good price compared to the market rate. But that comes with issues. The galley is small, the aft of the boat is poorly designed with a measly single door, looks cheap. The finishes are low quality. You will need to get a good interior degsigner here and spend an additional £1m to spec it up to a better standard. The price is excellent still so good value for that size. Crew quarters are decent. Fly bridge szie is excellent. Its the finishes that have let this boat down. Range is over 6,000 Nm. Additional bedroom post the galley may as well be an additional storage area, utility room and expansion of the galley as it could be bigger. Not sure anyone would be massively grateful to have that as their bedroom. No seating area on the bow is a shame, so if you are going to put the tender and toys in that area instead at least make the aft of the yacht a lot better to compensate. A missed opportunity.

As a former manager I know the way you get the best out if ab employee is by trying to provide them with an environment where they are motivated to perform to their potential. One way is to spoil them a bit. As the captain in my yaught. Both legally in terms of maritime law and at a practical reality he/ she is responsible for the safe efficient running if the ship. It's therefore a matter of common Sense that said captain is provided with everything necessary to perform their duties. Including decent accomidation

You can be matey with an immediate supervisor because they're in the same boat you are just one run up. But how you act to your Team Leader in an Amazon warehouse in a small town is very different to how you would react if Bezos visited for a day. And a boat is different to a warehouse type job, it's more "military". It needs to be. There are lines of responsibility, the staff look up to the Captain, and the Captain looks up to the Owner. If the owner becomes too familiar with the crew it can undermine the position of Captain. A ship (submarine, plane, spacecraft, Dog & Sled Polar Expedition, whatever) needs a hierarchy and a chain of command.

I know full well that he and many others disagree with you. You want your staff with you not against you. Yes thier has to be a chain if command however rommell and Monty first took care of the great unwashed before doing anything. The statement that the army marches in it's stomach is true. Theirs a vast difference between looking after your staff, providing an environment for peak achievement, providing constructive criticism and an occasional sympathetic ear along with flexibility and acting like a tyrant. Yee's there has to be a chain if command but all enterprises are far more successful when the relationship between staff and management is friendly and not adviserial that's not making friends with your staff it's common sense

Ergh, dreadful. I like the external lines of the boat so would, if i was in a position to, ask for a reduction equal to the value of reappointing said interior, maybe £1million.

No mention is made of the ductape sealing all the foredeck storage compartments! Very undersize galley and storage for a vessel with 6,000 nm range.

Most Yacht channels show too much commentary and not enough yachts. Your channel shows more of the yachts, which is better.
There are only 2 helm stations on a boat, the others are called wing stations for docking the boat.

Thumbs up on your exceptional presentation but for me the interior of this boat is generically ugly.
If i ever have enough money to buy a yacht, the captains quarters will include a bedroom, bathroom, its own sitting area and an office.
