@@tonesmith909 agreed....a center column would be awesome. However I do understand the reasoning for not having one as most true shooting tripods (like these) don't because the center column reduces the stability. I think it would still be a great option to add on through the quick change system though. Thanks for watching!
Worth triple the price of a BOG tripod? This is a legitimate question, I have used a bog tripod and was impressed at the stability even with the lack of a ball head. Using the legs to level your rifle instead of the ball head is the only difference I can see. So I'm just left scratching my head wondering if the extra 200-350 dollars really worth it

Which one should I go with? the bigger 40-36 or the smaller 32-29 for a general purpose do it all tripod and if you can only have one?

Are the ball head sizes the same between the four models?
you really want slow motion controls for spotting scopes. ball heads are annoying.
