When cheaters say "I only toggled because you were cheating" they mean they toggled aim, walls were on from round 1. That's why the guys said "I only have walls xD". In his mind, he toggled off.
Only walls isnt that bad though, since usually their aim is shit you can still beat them

Not true, I play completely legit but always have cheats loaded when I play the game because I got so tired of cheaters ruining games and their teammates refusing to kick because they benefit from it and then Im the one who is punished if I leave the game.
I’m over cautious about accusing someone of cheating too and I always give one more benefit of the doubt even when I’ve already 99% confirmed they’re cheating and give their teammates a chance to kick. If they’re cheating and they won’t get kicked, I make it clear to my team I’m raging, find the player on the map, end their round and then sit out the rest of the round so everyone else can play a normal game and repeat every round until they’re kicked or leave. Cheating is unironically the biggest deterrent to other cheaters, valve does absolutely nothing.

This might sound odd, but I’ve been going through all of my demos recently that have suspicious things happening, and it’s not even funny how many people are just blatantly cheating and not trying to hide it anymore. :(

Honestly they have no need to hide it. Overwatch isn't a thing and vac live isn't working so there is technically no reason to ever hide your cheats. It is very sad tho...

yesterday i played a game of office and the enemy team had blatant cheaters and we had 1 guy who toggled after he realized they were cheating, but me and my friends managed to convince him to only kill the cheaters and then sit afk while the rest of us were able to have a semi "enjoyable" gaming experience
Fun fact, opera music actually is a buff to your brain, specifically baroque classical. It helps with brain stimulation, memorization, and performance. Learned that in college while studying with background music. If you need to focus, do not use music with lyrics and listen to classical music.

I had a match not too long ago where I got a couple good rounds and the enemy team started raging because "I started it". Once they got it to match point they said "oh I guess you weren't cheating, Ill toggle off now". We got it to OT where they toggled back on to tie.

in my last cs2 match we kicked a blatant cheater after first round. After a few rounds two of the enemies just started hacking aswell. Note to self: Never kick a cheater again :)

Hackers will only be legit when they don´t play the game!
I think EVERYONE that plays and cheat on a game for age 15+ should get a REAL fine and gets on a blacklist of players that cheat, so other gamedeveloper can use to have them banned from playing if they want!
If EVERONE knows about this, they will NEVER want or even TRY TO CHEAT in any game that is online-multiplayer any do not alow cheats.
Noone with a brain would want to risk hacking, and get banned on all the games in the future + the games they already have.

Im pretty sure the reason why people rage cheat against legit good players, is because they feel jealous or have this sort of.. jealousy thing in their brain, wanting to be as good as the legit player... though in reality the reason why they cheat is bc they are just lazy to get better at the game and spend hours xD (Idk just my opinion..)
