- The POV character/Sleepwalker is covered in baked dough because the owner of the Chicken-Leg House covered them in it and baked them in her stove in Video #68 (Kidnapping You). She sent them to Twilight Elfdale to change their fate - specifically regarding her recursive sister the Fortune Teller performing an undesirable act for Sleepwalker in Video #54 (Fortune Teller Caravan)
- Twiight layers, of which Twilight Elfdale is one, were explained by Aya'Leigh the elf in Video #57 (Facial Mask in the Tent); she gave Sleepwalker a facial mask that would let them visit three layers of El-Rah
-The interlayer elevator was mentioned in Video #57 as a means of traveling to the Twilight area
- The governor's COW is the Coffin On Wheels they use for transportation; these were first mentioned by the shopkeeper in Video #60 (Magic Shop)
- While the governor is outside, the elevator keys vanish and do not show up in the subsequent inventory of Sleepwalker's possessions; this may be related to the whispers that begin when the keys are first shown
- Sleepwalker had the secret pocket vest commissioned in Video #44 (Elven Blacksmith)
- Octe levels as a measure of personal magic were first mentioned by the Genie in Video #30 (Genie and The Sacred Prism Hall Riddles). Sleepwalker's is possibly "weird" because they are not native to El-Rah
- Sleepwalker bought the galvanized wooden staff, hair growth elixir, invisibility hat, Special Feather prescriptions, two empty prisms and a safety deposit box (possibly the heavy delivery package) from the shopkeeper in Video #60
- The prisms are Capacidian stones, magical energy vessels first mentioned in Video #35 (Magic Lesson)
- The owner of the Chicken-Leg House gave Sleepwalker the garlic for protection in Video #68

- The vampire's attempt to hypnotize Sleepwalker failed in Video #59 (Let Me In); she noted that they had obviously been prepared by someone else

- The Amanita pantherina, or Panther Cap mushroom, is both psychoactive and highly toxic
- The juxtaposition of poison and peacock feathers recalls the ancient Buddhist belief that peacocks are immune to poison because they transform it into their brightly-colored tail feathers
- The governor's bat transformations and use of the COW suggest that they are a vampire, but their secretaries' ears indicate that they are Twilight Elves

Lets just take a moment to appreciate the fact that there is a foreground in live action, a 3d background mask, another live action layer behind that for the creatures, and then a final exterior background behind that. Even if it was mostly chroma key, it's an insane amount of work to do and also consider timing and angles. Masterful work

@@markmatherne7322 That's not true. She does all the editing on her own, he is not her husband just a friend (and if they are more she never commented on that and it's her business). He only comes as guest actor. Her dad makes music for her sometimes since he is a musician but out of that she is doing everything on her own. If you were a patreon you would know that. She is a full independant creator and she doesn't need a husband to be successful.

Ok I hope the governor will stay in the series! Also dragons! Remember in the fortune teller video, she lighted up a candle in the shape of a dragon to tie the knot? The governor mentioned having their dragon in Accord. My guess is that the dragon will show up and play a role for Sleepwalker in their mission in the fantasy world. So excited!

@@mavimurekkep9921 Haha, I thought the same of this person and translated it so that it always sounds very formal and old-fashioned. I am always struggling whether to translate it informally or formally. Informal is better for ASMR, it's more personal and informal is more distant to the viewer, but for some videos it's bad for the roleplay and immersion. English is simpler, it's just always "you" xD

These historically themed role plays are my favorite; the immersion is so complete. There’s something strangely compelling about losing yourself in a bygone era, and no one brings the past to life like Anastasia.

I'm always amazed by not only your production value, but your imagination and ability to come up with such intricate stories, characters, etc. I'm like how does she even think of this, let alone make it so realistic.

Это свобода, смелость, безграничность истинного творца вселенных - взять совершенно разные компоненты, которые мало кто решится смешать: витиеватое барокко и средневековое фэнтези, гроб на колёсиках и стимпанковские очки, хлебобулочный щит(😀) и мушки как способ общения с другими существами, юмор и поэзию - и получить эликсир, гипнотический яд, что безумно красив не только в микродозах и лишает всех слов.
Я думала, что, может, утром слова вернутся, чтобы передать тот эффект, что оказывает просмотр эпизода, но похоже нет.. Это не типичное асмр-воздействие и не синдром Стендаля в привычном виде, это словно твои клетки рассыпаются по созданной вселенной и вибрируют в чистом восторге, истинном наслаждении, невыраженной поэзии земли и неба, на грани украденной зимы и пыльцы летающей медузы - и не хотят собираться обратно в тугую плоть пространства. Разве что возвращаться в себя по ниточкам, что связывают этот эпизод с прошлыми и будущими (как предполагаемый теперь способ воссоединения нашего персонажа с Аманитой), стирая границы между временем не только в кино.
И персонажи невероятные - как возможность невозможного, воссозданная талантливой игрой.

the last part (adding the fake moles) is the tingliest thing ever. not sure what it is with the no talking + smile + playful "searching for a place to put the mole" + the pop sound but it's so tingly for me!

Although I am English and 40 years old, and reasonably articulate, I find myself amazed by your knowledge of the English language, your vocabulary is enormous, I think most English peoples vocabulary has withered away (atrophy)... I particularly love your description of things. Also this video is a great example of you also appearing to have knowledge of particular periods of history, as if you were there. 'Baroque is something entirely new to me, but the 17th century is particularly fascinating for me.
The moving beauty marks is such a subtle surreal touch, I love!
