The hobby related idea is great. Typically people know what they really want/need for them to participate in their hobby of choice but love items related to them but extraneous to them. I had never thought about that and it always made getting gifts for my dad really difficult till I realized it.

As you might be aware, sellers like Amazon have significantly reduced their listing of folding knives on the Canadian website. Can you recommend a couple of Canadian online stores you trust and with which you have had a good buying experience?

@@mohammedyounis5969 I've searched and found that it just can't be claimed to be for self defense. I think there's a 7cm length restriction. But don't count the comment of a random internet guy for legal info haha. I know some cops who carry them both on and off duty so that was good enough for me to buy one and start carrying.

from my research it looks identical to one of the older Royce Leather Watch Rolls, unfortunately the darker interior appears to have been brightened so an exact 1:1 doesn't appear to be on the market anymore
