- I am extremely claustrophobic. This is my second time trying to get an MRI scan. I will take you through my journey and hopefully this can help anyone who is claustrophobic and needs to get an MRI scan done.

Glad to hear about your experience. I am claustrophobic as well and I would like to know if it was very loud during the test and whether they gave headphones or earplugs. Thank you.
It was loud during the test. I kept my eyes closed the entire time and pretended to speak to my lil one. They do tell you to breathe in and breathe out, least they did during my exam. The staff members were super cooperative, they made me feel as ease. I think it’s okay to take your own earphones/earplugs inside the machine.

Jazaki Allahu Khairan for sharing your experience. I experienced the same thing and stoped the process 3 mnts and left the machine due to fear and haven't done it today. Well i am using the Ultrasound as an alternative. If am forced to do it again, i will use your advise 😍 thank you so much and Allah bless you 🌹
Hi Zahra, was the MRI machine the same size as the one in the picture where you can see the man's head and feet? I am 6"2" so I'm hoping my head will be outside the machine. Thanks
