- This video is part three of this series and will be the final chapter of this properties restoration which hasn't seen a mover in over 18 months.
The residents were extremely grateful to have this work done. In Australia we are currently experiencing a cost of living crisis which affects us all. This means many people are not opting to have their lawns maintained and if they are physically unable to do themselves, an overgrown yard can be the outcome.

Tyler, your videos are wonderful and I look forward to each one. My heart goes out to you as you battle seasonal depression. I am so lucky to live in Colorado (USA) where we have sunshine year round, including winter, and that helps mental health. Hang in there and use all the resources available to help you through. Hopefully it helps to know that you have a large fan base who are always pulling for you and hoping for the best for you.

I'm with you Tyler when it comes to Winter, I go through " the Winter blues", my moods change and I'm not the best person to be around, that's why I long for Summer to arrive and I can be out side doing something. I was watching you clean up and when you ran across the bricks I thought, omg I would have to stack them better and clean them up, and when you did, I was sitting here saying thank goodness!! That's what I love about your videos. You go far and beyond including getting ant bites straightening up bricks. And it was lovely what you did with their garden!!

Liked your idea of pulling grass off the fence, so it was more easy to deal with. That place has a lot of thatch to reduce. Despite the fact the weather is long gone, I have an eye on the clouds in the sky. You did a good Restart. The yard is open, accessible. A good thought to put options out for starting over with growing foods.

Tyler I can certainly empathize with you on cloudy, gloomy weather, I find it almost impossible to function on those days. Thankfully I live in the high desert and we don’t get many days like that.
