Yes, spirituality resonates. The word religion or religious is trigger for me. I love the focus on ritual. My mornings start out with a Gratitude journal, setting Intentions, and taking care of my garden. This allows for connection with Nature (and spirit) as well as Daylight Anchoring. I’m glad you included activities like walks or bike rides even gardening can be a meditation and a spiritual practice. I have recently found Fr. Richard Rohr’s books and Center for Action and Contemplation and find it helpful on my spiritual path. Peace and every good to you both… I’m also glad you are in my home state.❤❤❤
