Bobst Folder/Gluer Running 47,000 an Hour with pre-feeder and Case Packer

This is a Bobst Folder/Gluer Running 47,000 an hour with a Pre-feeder and Case Packer at each end. We're going our standard speed to run now, maybe little faster but not much....
THIS WHOLE SET-UP IS A HEEP OF GARBAGE! Ok not the machine itself but the Pre-Feeder and Case Packer have been rode hard and put away wet! Even the Tech they sent to set it up was in Awe of how jacked up the set up is! The Case Packers been worked on by SO many people it's amazing it works as well as it does. SOOOO glad I've got a new job with better pay and less days to work 👍👍👍👍

I bet jam ups are really fun. I ran one that did 18,000 per hour and warped stock was a nightmare!

This was NOT fun to run at all. The machine did jam up and it wasn't fun to fix but this is what the company wanted done so went with it....

​@@TheWorldOfKel I feel your pain my friend as i have been there! The company never shows the jam ups and other problems you encounter, only the part where it is running a million boxes a minute 🤣🤣🤣. If they are going to run it so fast they need a prefeeder and better way to stack them at the end. Hand loading to keep up at that rate is impossible. I do not miss it at all. Best wishes!👍

@@critterallywithjohnernest. YES hand feeding blows for sure as that's what we did before pre-feeder/packer set-up came into play. Even with that my helpers struggled to keep up and all the company wanted was more....more....MORE! Me and my helper both left the place and moved onto better employment

आपकी मशीन पर कलेक्शन मेन नही हे अगर कार्टन में रनिंग job मे कुछ प्रॉब्लम आती हे जैसे स्टीकिंग होना या अदरप्रॉब्लम तो आप को कैसे पता चलता हे हमारे यहा कलेक्शन मेन बीच बीच में कार्टन चेक करता है और बीच बीच में हम भी करते हे।
