It's a bit expensive, but so is the plastic coated hardware cloth, and It's not sold here, it's a welded metal frame and the panel is also welded to the frame, it's very strong, I might move the rabbits down there temporarily, I'm working on a rabbit waterer.
Nice. However, we're gonna have to 'get' some rain before we can 'harvest' any rain! Lol Probably just over-tightened that PVC fitting. I've done that too. Great system, Luis. I love your set-up.
It got over tightened because it wouldn't stop leaking, I put a lot of Teflon tape and it just kept on, it stopped when I did that lol, quality control is down the pipes, this didn't happen before, now this happens a lot. I got everything working perfectly now, so I'm a happy camper, I'm now working on a rabbit 🐇 waterer and installing the last animal waterer for the chickens.
Teflon tape is ok, but I've always had better luck with thread-sealant paste (like Rectorseal or such) with the teflon pastes being the best. It's almost all I use anymore.@@MosaicHomestead
Still posting but only rarely lately. Been absolutely covered up with work and dealing with stuff in my brain. Actually have one I just posted on my other channel and one that is ready to post on my regular channel maybe today or tomorrow. @@MosaicHomestead
It's OK for certain applications, I have never had problems with no pressure applications, but have had problems with pressure applications, the new PVC fittings have some problems, I will always prefer the older plumbing applications, I have never had any problems with older methods, it's just have gotten ridiculously expensive. The rain harvesting system is working great now, I'm installing waterers now.
Super clean looking panels!

@RobPainless Stuff they don't sell here lol, but yeah thread sealers are the best.
I'm all about brass too.
It's gotten super expensive, a brass tee and a hose faucet cost $37 lol, this was less than 10 bucks before lol
I never realized PVC pipes were so flimsy! The rain harvesting system looks great Luis!
