For those who want to do the exact style:
First row/nape: 2 braids
2nd row: 3 braids
3rd row: 5 braids (3 right on top of the 2nd row/not windowed, with one braid above each ear)
4th row: 6 braids
And the U-shape: 4 braids
Total: 20 braids

Now these are knotless braids this is my 5th video I tried to watch ppl don’t understand the concept behind knotless to make it look like it’s naturally braided from your scalp I see some stylist still having these big knots these very are professionally done and neat

Just take your time. Do it how she is doing this. Use a big mirror in front, then a handheld mirror to see your back. Make sure there’s good lighting too

I’ve obsessively watched videos 🤭 trying to find the easiest to follow. Yours is my favorite, very easy to follow and perfect size. Just wanted to ask, how many pieces of hair are you adding to the braid? I counted 5 but on another braid it seemed like you added less than 5. 😊

THIS IS A GREAT QUESTION. I ALWAYS WONDERED ABOUT THAT AS WELL. HOPE SOMEONE ANSWERS
I think the feed in is to make sure there’s an even amount of hair throughout. So typically braids would thin out towards the bottom, but I think this would allow it to look more clean all the way down🤔....IVE ALSO WONDERED THIS THO

The feed in will look uneven, especially if you started of thick, need to keep the consistency, then gradually go thinner as you work your way down to the ends, just to give that natural look

That's so easy though.. you just attach it to each strand of the braid and braid it in with the hair.
Every time that index finger pops out add in the hair and continue to braid. Looks like she use 4 pieces of hair per braid.

Buy a large/medium hand held mirror (if you don't already have one) and face the big mirror with your back towards it and use the hand held mirror ( hold it up and angle it to see whatever portion you are parting) to help you see if your lines are crooked or straight. Hopefully this helps

Wondering how many braids were in her hair total.
It's a little hard to tell, but I think bottom row is 2, next row 4, next row 6, next row 6 (brick lay), then u shape 4. Total 22. I could be wrong though.
