Remember to check it with your dipstick. Beavis & Butthead reference when they were ordered to change the oil in the fryer at Burger World, but wound up getting motor oil and pouring it into the old fryer oil.
First off, you need to wipe down the coils with a rag and also as far as you can go. Not only to get out debris but to get any left over water out of it. Also keep in mind that oil will expand when hot. Good video!
If you have a company that picks up your old oil, you could ask them if they will handle your water waste as well. If they don’t, they’ll more than likely refer you to someone who will.
I know this is a year late lol. But atleast at my resturant we dump the water/oil mix into the oil waste. The people that come pick up our old oil filter out the water.

"No way!"
I'm sorry... did he just use the rag that was on the floor and wrapped it around the new oil hose... We not going to talk about that?

Plastic bucket, metal spoon to scratch it up, truly you are a master at selling oil.
Make sure the fryer is off first too and has cooled off for at least an hour.
Fill oil to the first line oil will expand to the second line when heated.
True
Neil you just saved my ass!!!
I'm only watching this cuz I saw a "bar rescue" video where the cook didn't know how to clean/change the oil. Lol
Thanks it helped. Good show.
Vert helpful thank you!!!
Need a boil out on that fryer. Get it looking like new.
Check out on how I dump the oil and clean the fryer
very useful
Can't even tell you how many things were wrong in this video. I'd be worried to order fried goods from this restaurant.
Aren’t you supposed to use some type of degreaser? That new oil looked really weird too, white and foamy doesn’t sound right. I wouldn’t eat here
Our hotel uses a degreaser along with hot water from an always hit hose.
it is foamy because he uses cheap, hydrogen trans fat oil.
I would be wearing protective gear on my face and everywhere
How do you get the rest of the residing water drops out of the fryer so it doesn’t mix with the hot oil. Thanks
Exactly!?
What do you do with the oily water? How do you dispose of that?
Help is appreciated
Probably down the drain of a sink or in one of those 55 gallon drums.
@@tempo1889 disposing of water waste in the sink is illegal

@@MrAntsee Never too late for good information. Thanks for helping out.
Lotta sediment left over underneath the rods. That’s gonna build up and ruin your new old fast
thank you
Can’t you steam clean the inside?
We are a Chinese factory that produces fried baskets, you can contact me if you need it
why is the new oil white?
gases
It’s foam from the impact, it clears away
The oil at mcdonalds looks white when poured, but gets to a slightly translucent yellow until it’s heated up
Guy doesn't even know which way on and off is 🤣
I want to see the camera girl. sounds so cute
Need a better camera guy
