Fennel Salad -
1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of EVOO, a quarter teaspoon of salt, one fennel bulb sliced, one and a half teaspoons of grated Parmesan cheese.

Sauté red bell peppers:
Slice red peppers, a chop an onion and sauté in evoo, add garlic
Once sautéed let cool and put into a freezer bag.
Beef burritos:
Brown 80/20 beef (2 lbs)
Brown with onion & garlic seasoning and lowery's seasoning, s & p
And a tad of red-hot sauce
Drain
Mix 2 packages of fajita mix to 1 cup water.
Add to meat.. Then add the sautéed red pepper mix probably about a half a cup.
Put about a half a jar of con queso sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 11 baking dish
Add cheddar cheese on half of your soft burrito shell, then the meat mixture. Roll up
I then added the rest of the con queso sauce on top of the rolled burritos and sprinkled with more cheddar cheese.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350
White rice :
Sauté a little Onion
Once the rice is cooked add sautéd onion, Lowery seasoning, S & P
Frozen Sweet peas ( as much as you like)
1 can of chicken broth

Hi Karen! I love the Morning Show. I even got my husband to watch it with me and he was hooked too. We watched every season and now we can't wait for the new one to start. It's a good series for husbands, because mine doesn't get interested in too many things that I like to watch! I don't think I would like the honey added to my chicken soup, but I do add a squeeze of one half of a lemon. Lemon call always be added to the soup after it's made by each individual to their own taste. I thought that was a lot of lemon when you added it!! You had so much snow!! We're getting a storm this weekend and its supposed to be a big one. Looks like it will be a Hygge weekend for me!! Beautiful snow,up date,it’s been 3 was since my surgery,he removed all cancer cells he could see,it’s called peritoneal,basically stomach lining,so,a few more weeks and I’ll start chemo.Very scared,but my Heavenly Father is with me🙏🏽on a good note,we have a gorgeous baby boy grandson,Bless all of you,Dalia Floresville Texas🤠🇨🇱❤️🩹

Hi Laura! Depending on how long we are gone throughout the day he either will be in his crate or not. He's good while I'm out running errands. But for more than a few hours I will have to put him in his crate because he will have accidents. We do have a dog/house sitter when we travel. Good luck with your precious new doggie!!🐶❤️
