Test with turmeric indicator to detect acids and bases.
You can perform test with below mentioned items:
1) Lemon
2) Turmeric
3) Detergent
4) White paper
5) Water
6) Two ear buds
7) Cotton

Take turmeric powder n add few drops of lime juice to it let the component dry in shade .....u will observe the change in color of turmeric powder....

1. Is it possible to perform this using a turmeric solution rather than a paste spread on paper?
2. What detergent did you use here?
3. What alternatives are there to this detergent that work just as well?
