It's nice to hear a real unbiased review. I do just want to love that pretty thing. I have an Interceptor, and now want the whole RE fleet. The Scram 411...hmmm
What I would like to see RE do next is introduce a 550 single on the same platform. It would not compete with the 650 and would fill a spot that is lacking in the RE lineup. They should offer the same paint schemes as well, they hit the nail on the head with those. I wish they would offer the military versions exactly like the older C5's. Excellent review and I have subscribed.Thank you!!!
I have ridden 3 different new Classic 350 with over 1500km, one actually had 6000+ and the engine is still stressed and noisy over 100 kmph. In fact a perfect comparison is the CB350 (RS/H'ness of Indian market), that easily cruises over 100 in 4th gear, thanks to its tall gearing. Its engine is much more comfortable at that speed and doesn't make clattering noises either. Cheers, Nitin

In my opinion the Classic has the best charm below 80kmph and feels more retro than either CB or Jawa/Yezdi. But at higher speeds others are better, especially 100-120 range. My opinion is based on my own experience and there are other similar engines that do better over 100, like the CB350. My expectations are fine with the "little 350". I don't know why other reviewers are saying, their opinions may be based of their experience or lack of it. Also, In my experience, many owners (not all) have biased opinions because either they have not tried most of the other bikes or they are just too passionate about their own bike. Cheers, Nitin
