The spiral motion is at the heart of Silat, from inner energy practices to multiple striking. Some clips of generating the spiral through Kembangan and deep form. This is just one small aspect of the training.

No, just my path has taken me a different route. I have written all the music for these Silat videos, and there are lots more songs to come :)
