Video is nice and informative, simple thing is why not create files using google doc or excel no need to sync just login and access your file on drive, why use ms office for doc excel and other files if google is providing facility for same and that to accessible anywhere and anytime

Nicely presented video. However you should have also told that many officers have restrictions on syncing the files to the Google drive. So if you try to set up Google drive on such office computer or a laptop it will not be possible.

As I have 2 different email ids and I want to transfer data from one drive to another without downloading it on my system / sharing folder (as it will occupy space in both the drive). Is it possible through this method? Please guide.

Yes it is possible, you have to sign out from one drive (off line folder) and login with another drive every time
