I have a deal under contract for $13k.
I found a buyer that wants to seller finance 37k 2k down and 485/month for 65months.
How do I do a seller finance or finish this deal? I’m stuck and need to respond to buyer. My current contract ends on 10/6.

@@jbleezy360 if you want to do seller financing, you have to buy the property your self and then do the seller financing to them.
