Free lunch for a child younger than 12. I needed to shop and it went longer than I thought. I did buy the sale deli lunch meat and cheese. Couldn’t afford fast food that day. He was happy.
I love Trader Joes. You feel safe when you shop at their stores and when you leave there ain't 100 homeless people outside trying to get you to give them your hard earn money. I love your videos. Please keep doing this. You are a true inspiration.
Trader joes is for specialty items and also hit up the frozen meals like the dumplings. Good prices on fancy cheeses and bougey snacks. Not really a store to go to gather things for a whole recipe. kudos for kids picking a fruit and not the cookie

I love Publix. Better quality establishments, such as Publix or Chick-fil-A, might be slightly more expensive, but well worth it. If my anxiety is acting up, or I don't feel well, I always choose Publix, because I have more peace in that store. And I love okra. You are a lovely mom.
i recommend you guys buy better quality plates those plastic ones can release harmful microplastics especially with hot food in them which is detrimental to the human body. buy wither glass or wooden plates id say. great video !
steve perry & journey ROCCCKKKSS!!!! my mom used to make goulash (basically hamburger meat, with prego sauce, green peppers, onions, and macaroni and we would sprinkle that with the kraft grated parmesan cheese (one of our good struggle meals/ comfort foods and (make it to payday meal) she always taught me to go for the store brand canned veggies, tomato sauces, etc (even with the breads, and the frozen meals (like the fries, ice cream) cause they were cheaper and taught me if i seen a piece of meat that was in lesser price, to pick that up so that i can save somewhat however many dollars i could in my wallet to survive through the month. the goulash always makes me think of her along with spaghetti, steaks (rarity to have steaks), chili, and beef stroganoff. she loved to cook and eat and i inherited that from her. she was in her late teens early 20s in the 80s, and she loved journey, she was 18 when she had me in 1984. she loved the 80s so much. she was so proud to grow up in that era. she told me my fave foods when i was a baby and growing up was corn, potatoes, and tomatoes, and she always teased me (along with her mom doing the same to me) about where i would only eat like pasta and spaghetti all the time LOL, i still love that food, and she told me my dad was a big italian food lover (he was a gemini, i lost him in 1993, he passed away 2 months after i turned 9, he was 29) i usually cook our favorite meals to remember them. theyll always be in my heart. allliyah was beautiful, i used to listen to her and im a big hello kitty fan too, LOL, have a blessed day rachel, lots of love to you and your family 💕
