At 1:22 , you said find your own product with your own niche, but earlier you said that the product must have some demand. It is confusing for me, because, it is very possible for the niche i chose has little demand in the market. how do you explain that?
You are correct that there is a small contradiction, But if you watch enough of brand creators videos you will see that it is in between those two opposing ideas, the profits are made. Find a category with demand using keywords that have demand behind them, but your designs need to be unique. That way, you can stand out in a crowded field. If everyone else's designs create a low conversion rate, but your designs are great and you have a higher conversion rate, then you will rise to the top. If you stay on top long enough, then you become the leader. That's online sales 101
I’m just starting and I can’t even figure Etsy out when connecting it to Printify. I’m so confused how to get the settings correct on each site to make this run properly. It’s making my head hurt.
I don't know what else to do... I sell phone cases.. I have one case with over 600 views and 35 favorites in the last 30 days and only 3 SALES! I've lowered the price, the pics I think look good. I am so frustrated. Any advice? I can send you the link if you'd like. Thank you in advance for any crumb of suggestion you provide.
That's not a TERRIBLE conversion rate, although it is below where we would like to see it (I'd want to see a minimum of 6 sales on that number of views). You need to dig in and figure out what your higher converting competitors are doing that you aren't.
Marketing is a hard part. How do you get your products in front of your people. How do you build that fan base? Advertising on Etsy does not accomplish that. Do you need people to see your brand multiple times and then they will feel a connection and eventually decide to buy
Etsy will always try to show you without traffic and sales, but traffic and sales will ALWAYS drive more traffic and sales AND massively speed up the process.
It really shouldn't be that hard to do. But with all the data farms cheating these algorithms and platforms makes it almost impossible. Not to mention social media blocking everything as spam unless you pay them or have a following then your just wasting time.

You need to choose a niche with demand!
It usually starts with niche but products act as the demand piece that validate it. Hope that helps
