The most people forgot, to be in the story, that Rey has grown up in a hostile environment on this desert planet, from orphan to a young woman. She has had to fight thenceforth, to survive, since her parents was gone. Luke instead grown up well protected, as a farmer. No fights, up to shooting the banta rats from his glider. He had must to become a warrior. Rey was long ago a skilled worrior, life long trained, since her her childhood, through her gifted bloodline and because of the experiences on the desert plaet. She has survived the hostile environment there, on this desert planet, think about that. She wasn't beamed there suddenly in. And after that all, than she recognized who she really is and discovered the force. So she simply is only a newbie to the force, she has had to ad the use of force to her skills, but very talented through her bloodline. And through her strong blood line, she was gifted, too. Luke, from a strong blood line too, but instead, has had to learn all from the beginning. To be a worrior, to use the force, develope a strong will, and so on. She didn't. So in this context of the story, it fits for me really well.
I thought the duel on the wreckage of the Death Star was freaking legendary. People shit on these movies - and rightly so, mostly - but this duel is among my favorites.
No I'm sorry I don't buy any of that kylo Ren did not have enough time to train Ray about anything Give me a break Ray's gifted from somewhere or something we have not been shown or told of yet but her source is from within not from with-0ut! What the hell did Leia teach Rey Give me a break! I hope you don't take my disagreement as a criticism as much as a different point of view but in truth until I see more of this next trilogy No one in the pre-existence or during the time they knew Rey had enough time to teach her anything As much as we would like to believe that somehow through osmosis she got a crash course on the mastery of the Force and never any of the dark side rubbing off on her through kylo or snoke!
@ericsahagun5344 Feel free to speak your mind. I encourage respectful dialogue. Kylo didn't directly teach her. They mind link several times during the trilogy of movies. I feel Rey was able to gain valuable insight from Kylo. Plus, she did have bot Luke and Leia instructing her. But that mind link was the key to her rapid understanding of force concepts. She may also been naturally talented too

That is a great point. Rey definitely had to be assertive while living on Jakku.

I kept thinking “someone’s arm is coming off!”
The fight choreography is terrible in these films.
I'm not gonna sugar coat it... yes it is a bit stiff in the movements.
There were some big scenes in the trilogy. Excellent visuals but sub-par in other aspects.
What are your thoughts on the Skeleton Crew?
