I’m impressed with the little 240mm Syn model so far. During a benchmark it keeps the 5800x3d a whole 11 degrees cooler. I can’t hear it at all and am just leaving the pump at 100% and the fans on a default profile. As with all AIO, fan, RGB software it’s not the best, but was able to get a video or image loaded. It’s not fair that Valkyrie won’t give us a user guide for the software. I hope that someday all this RGB and LCD software gets some sort of standardization because even huge companies like Corsair can barely make their own devices easy to use with the Icue software.
Click the word “Left” or “Right” instead of anywhere else in the button/icon. That’s how I got it to work, click the lower left corner of the icon you want to use and the text will rotate.
I bought one of these, the instruction manual is for another model, so it gives wrong instructions on mounting. Annoying. The other issue I have is, their main website has no link for downloading their control software, so I have no way of controlling anything.
That was my suggestion to them after the review. To go with neutral colors, if nothing, just for the sake of easy color matching in PC builds for everyone.
