With most people agreeing that both Aegis and Steve are ludicrously strong and Pikachu being half of the roster's single worst matchup, along with other pre-existing characters getting their time to shine (most notably Roy), Joker's dropped a few spots on the list even though he himself hasn't been through any crippling changes. It's the same reason as why nobody really ever mentions Lucina in their Top 10 anymore: she didn't get any worse, but other characters have just been proven better while Lucina kinda stagnated.

Also the thing esam doesn't realize is that Rob combos are a lot easier than pika combos, also a huge factor rob can take a beating but you can kill Pikachu as Ganon with literally 2 good reads

He has complete domination with Joker, and he does noticeably worse with Aegis even though he’s not really doing anything wrong with them. Joker just has higher highs
Here's what they should do with this to maybe help things a bit: instead of asking them where they think their character falls on the tier list, create a tier list with levels 1-9, put 9-10 characters in each, and then ask them to FIND their character on the list. That would give a better idea where they actually stand versus having to have players try to assess things without ever having thought that much about it. (You don't even have to give the guessers the list, really.)

Some of his weaknesses are poor out of shield options, his most reliable being a frame 10 option. His recovery is exploitable and even more exploitable when he has arsene. Now only does he not have a hitbox on wings of rebellion but his head goes above the stage when he grabs the ledge. People can intentionally give you arsene just to kill you, it's happened before at high level. Not being able to kill very well without Arsene as well and he is known for being a very difficult character to play at high level. Just some of his weaknesses, I'm not an expert though.
@@Boolahan those are true, but are much easier in theory then in practice. If the Joker is also playing at high/top level, then punishing those weaknesses get harder becuz they will avoid shielding and will get a lot better at mixing their recovery. The killing part is true. Sometimes getting the hit you need is difficult. Joker is debatably top 3, definitely top 5.

Ok so I just wanna say to Ferris (great name btw) that I 100% sympathise with greninja v bowser matchup. I also main bowser, and I just curl up and cry when I see greninja. HOWEVER. I am a believer in the bowser v Kazuya matchup and I actually think that boswer wins because super armour can severely much him up. Also he's super heavy so the Kazuya has to actually THINK about their combos (kinda grasping at straws here) but I think if you have good spacing on your fairs I think it's slightly in browsers favour.

There was a ton of repeat Coney lines and/or Panda members talking over Coney in this video. Noticeably more than the other videos like this. I don't know if it needs to be done on the editing end, or giving the players a heads up to pause the video before speaking, but it was very distracting.
