@@lollujo I have a feeling that young players potential changes on different save. I've seen players play like mules for you and others but then they'll become stars for someone else.
@@RJR1787 I've even seen potential grow over time with my youngsters and players exceed their supposed potential cap in their mid to late twenties as well. Honestly the star ratings seem a lot more dynamic this year and I'm loving it.

Well then a repeat of NLTL FM17. Time to find the next Liam Wells, Ruben Iribarren and James Burgess. Was Enjoying Barnsley and was looking forward to seeing the young English team/players this season, good transfers, good squad a real NLTL story. Oh well back to the same old same old i suppose, and to see Barnsley relegated this season after they appoint Ranieri.

If you EVER decide to change your rules, i would suggest that when you take over or make it into the tophalf of the top league, you have to see it out or get sacked. Your project DESERVES to be completed. Its heartbreaking to leave a team that you clearly can improve even further, board is backing you with money and set realistic demands for you to deal with. Tottenham has money and reputation, but i believe you could have pushed them to win CL and or PL within the next few seasons, if the board kept backing you. That is my opinion and feedback. Very good transfers special putting that aside. I think you will have maximum 2 seasons at spurs before you win cl or pl.

And having now reached the end of the video and seeing who you've signed for, I'm now torn between not watching NLTL until you've moved on or watching in the hope that you properly screw them up... There's so much money in the PL. It doesn't matter how small the team is in real life. Once you're in the PL for a few seasons in FM, the only step up are the big 6 PL team or teams like Real, Barca, Bayern and Juve.
Actually Barnsley have a billionaire owner so that explains the millions and millions of pounds he's been able to spend over these seasons in the prem but I understand your point
