Yes it will work as a lubricant but if you dont ream the cork out close enough to the size of the rod blank the cork will split. Cork will not stretch like hypolon or EVA

@@johnbye558 Yes, easily removed. Just rub hand over lubed area after seating the grip. It pretty much just rolls off once slightly dried. Believe that point was covered in the video? Anyway, process worked very well. Good luck.

yes the rubber cement does not affect the epoxy
