This was a very good IU team! Morgan got screwed by Langford coming to IU. Archie Miller was wrong to give up on Morgan for Langford. Morgan was a beast! Langford was a great player for the wrong team! Archie was clueless as to how to use both of them!
So Morgan would have been better... without Langford?? Literally how? Langford took the pressure off Morgan and allowed him more space to be a post scorer. Without Langford, they would have doubled Morgan every time and we wouldn't have had another scoring option on our entire roster...
@@ryanmishoe5240 Langford didn't take pressure off of Morgan he stole the ball! Archie Miller gave him the ball to do his thing! That thing was showing what he could do and ignore Morgan and Davis! Morgan was better in the post than anyone in the league and by putting the ball in a freshman hand it was obvious that Archie let Romeo take the reins of the team! Morgan was a far better bet than a freshman Langford!
@@curtissouth6063 Agree 100 percent! Miller let Romeo have too much control. Now, Archie is gone. Mark Cuban and John Mellencamp ponied-up the 10 million to IU to buy out Miller's contract. But, many players have left!! Next year will really such regardless of whom we get for a coach.
@@BlantonDelbert Players have NOT left IU. They are testing the waters and that kind of scares me TBH. I want IU to retain the players but the longer this search go on the more the player will want to leave. Most of all I want a winner and IU not to lose sight of winning!
why did they mention the day Reagan was shot? I hope this isn't preparing the public mind for something sinister. its a little off topic, but so was the comment
IU played UNC in the 1981 championship game the same day Reagan was shot. they almost cancelled/postponed the game but decided not to when they found out Reagan was in stable condition.
OG hurting his ankle was the worst thing to happen to this team
Indiana didn't give a damn back then
As an IU fan, thx for this video. Go Hoosiers!!!!
