@@ekklesiast I think you mis-understood. Women have to work harder looking for their products due to an industry that charges more for items that "cater" to a women's needs. I buy mens shoes and deodorant simply because it is cheaper. It should not be that way is the point, especially when several investigations show that it does not cost companies more to produce items for one gender or the other.
And pockets, Ellen! We want pockets! Pockets that fit more than one knuckle and a quarter of a cell phone!

I use Men's Deodorant -Antiperspirant because it's cheaper & also because I'm convinced it's more effective. I feel men's deo's are stronger.

Lol I’ve been using men’s deodorant for many years, not realizing that it was man’s until I actually read into it, I was only sniffing them not reading labels, when I was choosing one:))
I cannot stand flowers, fruit, or baby powder smells. I use men's deodorant to.

The second product was not such a spot on to say the truth.
They add "Female" to a product and miniaturize it (and sometimes increases the price) smh :

Because I was blessed with a hairy body, I find men razors do well on my legs. Also mens nair hair remover works well. Mens socks have more quality than women socks.
I always use men's razors. They're both cost effective and works so good

Exactly the point- you have to resort to the other sex's products to save, and can't buy those supposedly designed for women because of their lower quality/quantity aspects. Shouldn't have to be that way, seriously.

This goes on and on: haircuts, other toiletries like moisturisers, accountancy fees for single moms, etc etc.
The pink tax only exists because women buy into it. Its not the industry's fault it stumbled upon a gold mine, its every womans fault who buys products like these and supports the pink tax. Its simple economics and demand dictates the supply in this case. As a woman i always shop in the mens section because its cheaper because men only look at the price and thats what they buy, whereas women care about how it looks and therefore drive the price up.
Maybe you should buy the guy's stuff instead
Haircuts r more expensive cuz u need more skill to cut women's hair (typically) like coloring or styling. If u have short hair tho go to a men's barber and ur good.
Moisturizers, women have softer skin than men for the most part making it a different product. Women also like when their moisturizer looks cute and smells nice alot of time. So more money is used to add scent or prettier packaging. Again, buy the men's if that works for you
There is no unfair pay and the "Pink tax" isn't real.

I've alwayssss used mens gilette fusion because of this.
And they cost more and we shaved way more areas than men do. It's all so they can get us to pay more.

Sayheyi I don’t know any men who do this. It most certainly isn’t the majority. It’s not a gender norm for men to shave their whole bodies, which is the issue that women have. We are “supposed” to shave almost our entire bodies, yet we are expected to pay more for crappier tools to do so. It’s not that men don’t understand or can’t relate.

That's not always true. Men's and women's razors for example, are very different. Men mainly shave their face and women use it on larger areas w more delicate skin. So it's created different. And men's razors sometimes r more expensive just fyi. Also, if u think they're the same buy the men's if that's cheaper. Noones stopping u

Those two tablet bottles were not obviously different. And often the products are not placed directly next to each other - you may not know about the better priced option.

I always buy men's pajama pants because they have humongous pockets, better fabric and are more comfortable compared to women's pants for that same price. I'd have to pay a lot of money to get "girl's" pajama pants that have the same qualities
