I didn't grow up with an appreciation of art and often had my interests in art squashed by external sources. Only as an adult have I been able to take myself to galleries and learn to appreciate art, to the point where regular visits to galleries is part of my self care. I loved getting to see these galleries from your perspective!

When I was a U of I student, I used to go on lonely trips to the Art Institute. It is still my mental happy place when I'm stressed out by work. Now that I'm back in Asia, I found I miss Illinois very much, and I miss the theatre, contemporary movement, and the folky art scene there.

I am trying my hand at air dry clay as I don't have a kiln, only made an owl so far and I'm pretty proud of it, keep on inspiring people like me and thank you
