Great Job beautiful looking Ribs! I'm about to say something that is probably considering sacrilegious in the BBQ world. But to me, the Beef Rib is better then a Brisket! It's like everyone says Brisket on a Stick! and it takes less time to cook and just as tender and tasty!
Looks like it's getting a lot warmer out in your neck of the woods. Those look amazing btw!! I was unable to get a Brunswick 🥺 HOWEVER!!!! I ended up with a Pro Series 4 v2. Did some babybacks on it and they were amazing!!! My wife wants to try your cherry ham recipe so that's my next cook. Happy Smoking and Happy Spring!!!!
Holy Spinoly Mazie !!! Yummo ❤and love your videos 😂
Omg.that is great.can’t wait to try it.
❤
"Holy Spinoly!"
Hello from the Chef, Bob Cooney 😀
Nicely done! Thanks for sharing, Mazie!
Thanks for watching!
Since you've been hanging with us on Facebook, Pit Boss Grill Owners, I decided to check your videos out. Good job I subscribed and hit the bell.
I appreciate that!!
Those look soooo goooooodddddd!
Thank you!
Love your vids, keep them coming!
Thank you!
I use dill pickle juice on all my beef for binder
how long did you put them back in the smoker for after wrapping it?
Good looking ribs ma'am. Awesome cook.
10:37 that moment when the flavor takes you over!!!
Was this a wet smoke, with water, or a dry smoke, without???

I really think I might agree with you on that!! I wish they were a bit easier to find though.
@@bbqbymazie I've been buying mine online, I can never find them in the stores or butchers shops. And we have plenty of them here in the Phoenix area!
Dude! I love your IG page and just rung the bell right here!!! 😍😍😍 Good stuff! Thanks for all you do in the PB FB group!!! 🥰
Thanks so much for the support!
Looks so delicious 😋
Beef ribs beat brisket, any day. Nice work!
I spritz my beef ribs with a mix of beef broth and coffee.
That sounds awesome!
Beef ribs like those are so hard to find in my area (Southern California).
Yeah they can be tough to find! Become friends with a butcher haha

Happy Smoking and Happy Spring!!!!
Definitely seeing Spring!! That's a great smoker too! That ham is so good!
Great smoke ring on those! They look great! I will say, I’m a foil wrapper so we’ll have to agree to disagree on that part! 😆
Awsome job !! Did you get them cut at a butcher shop?
No, but the butcher would likely be the best place to find them!
if i was younger i marry you lol nice job. them look great.
How many hours did you smoke it for?
Smoked for 9 hours and rested for 1
@@bbqbymazie thank you for the reply and the great vid
Now that’s what I’m talking about. A meal Fred Flintstone would approve of. I guess it’s time to make friends with a butcher?
Hahah yes a butcher would be the best friend 😂
When did you learn to speak Porpoise? I don't know why but I like the silly stuff as much as the cooking.
Porpoise is my first language 🤪. Thanks for watching!
