    Was this a wet smoke, with water, or a dry smoke, without???

    Great Job beautiful looking Ribs! I'm about to say something that is probably considering sacrilegious in the BBQ world. But to me, the Beef Rib is better then a Brisket! It's like everyone says Brisket on a Stick! and it takes less time to cook and just as tender and tasty!

      I really think I might agree with you on that!! I wish they were a bit easier to find though.

      @@bbqbymazie I've been buying mine online, I can never find them in the stores or butchers shops. And we have plenty of them here in the Phoenix area!

    Looks like it's getting a lot warmer out in your neck of the woods. Those look amazing btw!! I was unable to get a Brunswick 🥺 HOWEVER!!!! I ended up with a Pro Series 4 v2.
    Did some babybacks on it and they were amazing!!! My wife wants to try your cherry ham recipe so that's my next cook.
    Happy Smoking and Happy Spring!!!!

    Great smoke ring on those! They look great! I will say, I’m a foil wrapper so we’ll have to agree to disagree on that part! 😆

    • @bbqbymazie
      @bbqbymazie  3 роки тому

      No, but the butcher would likely be the best place to find them!

    When did you learn to speak Porpoise? I don't know why but I like the silly stuff as much as the cooking.

      Porpoise is my first language 🤪. Thanks for watching!
