When grapes are on sale, I buy extra & wash them, separate them into 1 portion, size, and freeze them in ziplocks. They are natures popsicles. Your kiddos will love them in the summer.

Great shopping vlog
Bratwurst and mild Italian sausages have different seasoning profiles. I do not taste any difference either. So, during the grilling season, I purchase the 12-pack of bratwurst, which is significantly less expensive per bratwurst than the price breakdown for the 5-pack of mild Italian sausages or bratwurst. The mild Italian sausages do not come in a 12-pack at Aldi

Grass fed is leaner meat. However steaks are more tender and juicy with some fat in them.
And, ribeyes are supposed to be marbled with fat; thus, they are supposedl to be quite tender. I am assuming that the grass-fed is not as marbled with fat and is more tough in texture.

Grass fed beef is just as it is says, grass fed. The meat can be more tough, especially steaks.
Then there is the USDA prime cuts, the cuts of beef that are expensive and that’s beef that has been feed, grass and grains and minerals. Grain and minerals give the meat its tenderness and marbling of fat, hence juiciness.

you can use the low fat yogurt as sour cream as well. the one you got, i use it all the time and taste good :)
Full fat Greek yogurt is a great swap for sour cream. It can work in recipes for the whole family. When they reduce the fat they replace it with sugar. Fage is my favorite. Great in smoothies or with ranch dip packet served with veggies.
fat free often has skim milk powder, pectin, guar gum, locust bean gum, or food starch in it
Also, any type of yogurt has healthful bacteria for the gut.
Also, it may seem counterintuitive, but full-fat dairy products are actually more healthful for one's body than the reduced-fat versions. Full-fat dairy products will satiate/decrease one's appetite compared to the reduced-fat versions. And, the full-fat versions contain immunological properties to ward off infectious diseases.
I like the taste of Italian sausage better than bratwurst. Maybe it's fennel in Italian sausage. Good deal on the meat there.
Have you ever tried goats milk and cheese. It's lower in fat than cows and high in nutrients. Great for breastfeeding. I lost tone of weight just switching to the goats milk and cheese

I have heard of grass-fed meat not tasting as good as regular. There is definitely a huge difference.

I went back to watch her looking at the bread, cause I sure didn't see what you are saying. She wasn't mashing the bread or the pita bread. You must need glasses, cause she did not squeeze the bread and mash it.
Do you realize that you are not getting a deal on chicken breasts if the price is lower? You are getting less chicken. It goes by price per pound. SMH.
